WORST MOVING COMPANY IN CHICAGO. Don’t hire them. Terrible lazy, disrespectful movers. No sense of accountability. - From pick up to drive to drop off Alex was incredibly disrespectful to me, my aunt, and my father. He (Alex) referred to me as a child. - The movers were 50min late from the allowed pick up time (9am-11am). - The movers left the pick up address at 1:15 and arrived at 3:58. That is 2 hours and 43min for a trip that takes a max of 1 hour and 30min. - My father and I brought everything in ourselves. Neither mover bothered to even bring up so much as a cushion to my unit. My father and I could have been seriously injured. It was extremely dangerous for them to leave us there. - The furniture is damaged because Alex angrily tore all of the packaging off of my couch and cut the couch with his knife.

I hired this company to move me June 27, 2022. So they reschedule my move for June 28, 2022 so that I could have a larger truck. Now the nightmare begins they quote me $990 for 5 hrs and 4 mens to move a 3 bedroom house to a 3 bedroom house. Travel time between the two house is 15 minutes. They arrived 11:30 . Jimmy inform me that I will be paying for tape and the wrap. When Jimmy comes he has a small truck, so I call the company and ask what happened to the big truck Danwhy did he get the s truck for a 3 bedroom house. So she apologize for the inconvenience.I knew it was going to get worst. It took 5 hours for 1 king size bedroom set. 2 living room sets 4 exercises machines 3 entertainment centers a bar and chairs 3 pc end table set. Refrigerator and stove, washer and dryer a deep freezer. A sofa and love set 2 sets of lamps. King mattress set, bedroom nightstand. Now they had to double back because the truck wasn’t big enough to take everything in one trip. They went to get 11 items that wouldn’t fit on the truck. Now the 5 hour hours has turn into 9 hours.

This is the third time I've used them and the last. They showed up 2.5 hours late with half the crew and 3 hours late with the rest. Never once did they call me to provide an update or give me one when I called them. They crew was slow and damaged a lot of my possessions, I'll attach photos. A move that should have been completed by 1 pm stretched until 5.30 because they decided to start at 11 am vs 8 am when it was forecasted to be in the mid 90s. I understand getting charged for tape and $3.50 a roll is okay but they used over 30 rolls to move furniture and boxes only from a 2k sqft house. They damaged the walls in both homes as well. Again I've used them two times before but this experience was miserable, I wish I could give them negative stars.

To start, I booked months in advance. I wanted the first time slot. I was told our arrival time slot was 9-11. They showed up at 11:30. Then they arrived IN A BROKEN TRUCK!! The foreman told me as we were getting into the elevator that he brought a 4th person so now we have to pay that rate instead of the 3 man rate despite my quote and singed booking contract stating 3 people. When we were leaving the storage unit they were moving us out of, they left one guy in the back WITH THE SIDE DOOR OPEN!! Bad enough out belongs were exposed due to the back of the truck but then this too?? Eventually after a few yards the guy got out and they closed the door but still. The entire job took 1.5 hours and charged me $540 and it was not worth it at all. They didn’t protect any of our belongings, they threw our boxes around with no regard to what’s in them. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Danielle was very nice and accommodating, very competitive estimate, and very transparent about what would have the cost. She scheduled my move for a 12pm to 2pm window. I sent her a text an called her to confirm ETA for arrival....no answer to the text or phone call. She finally text me and her response "My apologies, there are delays across the board today. You will still be getting a call from your team when they are on the way, I've left a message for them to call you with an updated eta asap." They never called back. I called dispatch several times and left a message on their voicemail, no response It's now 4pm no movers and no communication Finally at 4:25 I get a call from dispatch. They are I. Prospect Hts, 20 minutes left there, his driver Javier will call when he is on his way. I told him I have to work at 8pm, I have moved everything to the living room to save time. At 6:10pm Javier called and said he'd be there in 40 minutes. I told him that the move can't happen tonight, because I have to work. I also told him to call dispatch and let them know and if they want to come in the morning, I'd be cool with that. To no surprise, they never called to reschedule. The caused me so much stress today. This is a very UNRELIABLE moving company and I strongly recommend to look other places for ai movng service. All talk and "No Show"
