Rolando and his crew were great! They showed up on time and called ahead. They got to work very quickly and took the time to wrap my TVs in bubble wrap I had purchased. They wrapped all furniture in plastic and took apart furniture when needed. They kindly labeled everything and placed screws in the same wrapping as the furniture it belonged to. H town movers are great! From the very start, they were very informative and very helpful with giving me a detailed quote. They were pretty spot on with the quote too! They sent 4 men so things moved fairly quickly which is important when you are paying by the hour.

I would use again. Kevin and his crew showed up on time and called before hand. They worked completely through the move for 6 hours moving a 25x10 storage unit that was already packed in storage to my home in River oaks. Included in this time, they assembled everything, cleaned up, and took the wrapping trash out. They were friendly and professional in moving the glass tables using good moving practices to wrap with blue heavy towels and wrapping also to secure items. Last move was 3 men and a truck and I don’t find there to be much difference in The service quality but brown movers had better rates. They also are not hired per job, this crew works together daily so we felt comfortable with that over cheaper options that hire from Craigslist.

Alvaro and his crew, where more then disappointing, at first very professional, then just went down hill with this company, damaged furniture, trying to overcharge on time. Be sure to keep a stopwatch on the time. They where very upset when there manager found out I was keeping a stopwatch of the times. Very upset in Spanish. Shows you the true ethics of this company when they tried to overcharge me but found out the hard way when I was keeping track of the time. Had a lot of damage to my belongings and was so to there poor state of moving trucks , so much water damage to my belongings due to the poor state of the moving trucks. Look elsewhere it’s in your best interest, they don’t care and it’s obvious. The team contacted me directly and spoke perfect English then when I go to contact them with an issue, they don’t speak any English. Very convenient for them , few thousand dollars in damages and they only will cover a measly $104. There moving truck was very antiquated and didn’t even have there logo and the paint was pealing off the truck. Even had to jump there truck as it had died. I should of changed them for that but was trying to be nice. I regret that choice as the caused my other half significant pain with all that they had damaged. Please take this as a warning. Do not believe there deceitful practices. You will pay in the end . They will lie to you to get your business. They do. It care about your belongings. They only care about the money. They will beg you for a good review, but they only care about the money and not your belongings, they claim to rebuild the furniture but might be halfway as they damaged a tv. Tv stand and a collection of books waterlogged due to there truck leaking due to the poor state of the truck. Please look elsewhere. There trucks are poor condition at best.
