This company is an absolute joke! I paid for my car the same day it was towed (I had completely forgot to make the payment.) So I make the payment and I call they say wait 24 hours. Ok fine I can wait. Next day they tell me I cannot pick up my car until 4 days. So they want me to pay storage fees for 4 days even though everything has been paid for. They make extra money from denying people to come up to pick up their vehicles on the day they’ve been paid for and then make them wait extra days so they can charge them storage fees. They should go out of business for their practices that are Illegal.

To steal while on the job is ridiculous. The lot in McKinney STOLE belongings from out the vehicle when retrieving our things. You can not speak with the manager over the phone. You can only email him in regards to complaints. I mean why steal? I’m very surprised that it was at this location but you just never know. I’m sure I’m not the only person who has went through this.

This place is a scam, they REMOVED my personal possessions from my car because "it has to be emptied before auction" yet then sent my car back to the dealership and KEPT my possessions and is charging me 75 dollars to get them back!!! I even went to the dealership to get my possessions, MY WORK clothes in the car and the "don't care, pay the 75 dollars and you can get them back". I find this company sketchy and breaking the law, though they say it's a "property handling fee" THEY DIDN'T/SHOULDN'T have removed my PERSONAL PROPERTY!!!!!

Confirming the poor reviews listed prior to my experience. There's zero empathy, professionalism, and customer service with this business. The live chat is prompted as the best method of contact, but the agents aren't responsive. I was told I'd receive a text confirmation with information on retrieval and didn't receive anything (despite speaking with someone 5 hours prior to closing) Now, they're closed for the weekend, which has the potential to accumulate more fees. Just entirely unacceptable. Being busy or short staffed isn't the client's fault and a formal complaint has been filed to assist others in this position moving forward.
