After test drive tons of car at Autopark Mall on Saturday, I decided on The Tesla Model Y. However the persistent followup by the Internet sales coordinator, Dorothy Tran, I decided to give Lexus a try again. Dorothy was hustling with her sales manager to give me the best deals on the car I wanted so we work out a reasonable OTD priced. I settled with the 2025 NX350h AWD Premium Atomic Silver in palomino. My first option was Cloudburst Gray in palomino but I’m so glad it wasn't available bc the Atomic Silver really compliments the 20” alloy wheels. While behide the scene, my sales agent, Huy Nguyen went to have my car pick up from Concord. We worked out a timeline, I came in and Huy took care the rest for me. He is super easy to talk to, very professional, has great sense of humor and pleasant to work with. I really liked that he wasn’t pushy in selling options that wasnt suited for me. He is transparent with everything. He only sold me what i needed and that makes this whole experience so chill. So guys if you are thinking for your next Lexus which is a very very reliable luxury car, reach out to Dorothy and Huy. Dun forget to ask for some nice Lexus gifts, he will hook you up. This is my 2nd Lexus. I will be a returning customer. Thank you so much Huy. You are the best. I m enjoying my new ride.

One of my least favorite things is to go through the car shopping process, however I’m so happy I reached out to Stephen’s Creek Lexus. After a pretty disappointing experience as a potential repeat customer at another dealership I wasn’t sure I wanted to try again. Im so glad I did. It was the most hassle free, easy and comfortable experience I’ve ever had at a dealership. From the initial contact online all the way up to driving home in my new RZ, everyone was outstanding! I have to give a special shout out to Carlos, my salesman. He was pretty new on the job but an absolute pro at customer service! He was attentive to my needs and went above and beyond to ensure all went smoothly. Andy worked his magic to get me exactly what I wanted. I was looking to buy my first Lexus. We started out in Monterey and were not having the best experience, but then it turned around with Lexus Stevens Creek. Our experience was nothing short of amazing! The customer service and dedication to the customers are what makes Steven’s Creek the best place to shop. Car buying can be cumbersome, but Dorothy, Andy, Gina, Steven, Robert and Domingo made us feel comfortable and more like family through every step of the process. Dorothy immediately called after my online inquiry and Andy followed up a couple days later. They were able to provide me with information to help me make the best choice on what I wanted and I didn’t feel pressured.
