Still waiting on response for maintenance repairs and communication regarding deposit. When I gave notice, I received auto return reply that email person was not there. I forwarded to Michael. No communication. But there was 1 day credit for leaving before end of month. No communication regarding how, where to return keys. Locked unit up with keys inside. Now 90 days later, no deposit return. No communication, no calls, all cellular calls go to vm. Calls transferred from service never get transferred correctly. After 5 yrs of ontime rent, maintaining and improving yard. Cleaning unit prior to moving in because dust and dirt from previous tenants still there. All rent increases were given 1 week notice of increase.

Terrible service. We moved out Aug 1st, paid August 1st rent, & have yet to receive our security deposit back, an itemized bill, and we still have all the keys to the unit. I have emailed our property manager, Michael, several times with no response. I called the office twice and left a message with a woman. We have not heard anything and it has been 2 months since we moved out. We are inclined to take legal action. During our 1 year there we always paid rent on time & communicated in a professional manager. Extremely disappointed with the lack of communication now, especially considering we have a +$1800 security deposit that we are expecting in return. The least they could do is give us a response.

Horrible experience. Our unit has been without AC for over a week now. 91 degrees inside is an unlivable environment for anyone. We have called and emailed daily to resolve the issue and it has been like pulling teeth. Management (Michael) blamed it on the AC company being unreliable, but made no effort to find another company to help us and resolve the issue in a timely manner. On top of the AC issue, our downstairs neighbor let us know that their is water damage to their ceiling and that we may have leaking pipes. We communicated this to management and nothing has been done. Our neighbor also made multiple attempts to contact Michael to resolve the issue. Incredibly unprofessional dismissive. Paying for a unit that is unlivable is completely absurd.
