I called Integrity Moving and Storage and talked to Micah about moving an upright piano from Columbus to southern Ohio which is an 85 mile trip. He was wonderful to talk to, had a great price and could do the move early the next day. His team picked up the piano and had it in our house by 10:15 am the next day. Very professional in every way! Definitely would use again and recommend if you need anything moved.

Integrity Movers came out and quoted packing and moving services. They showed up late on the packing day and the moving day, so that was negative. Also, their quotes were a few hundred dollars less than the actual cost of the packing and moving, so we ended up paying more than expected. Most of our furniture was moved safely and without damage. But an expensive platter was shattered in a box that they packed and moved. They scratched the freshly-painted walls and the ceiling of the stairway of our new house. After the move we found our bed was not properly assembled. Our wooden bed would have broken soon if we had not intervened. Part of the moving contract includes insurance. After the move, I provided photos and documented some of the damages. Now it has been over a month of back-and-forth with Integrity trying to get reimbursed to cover painting, repairs, and replacement due to damages. After initially accepting my estimates, they are now requiring me to schedule contractors to provide official quotes. My quotes are reasonable and a small fraction of what we paid to move. In conclustion: they will break your items then make you work for weeks and months advocating for reimbursement you may never receive.

Great moving company! This is the second time I have used them and they were great! Right on time, very professional. All 5 guys took great care of my furniture. Reasonable rates. You cannot go wrong hiring this company to move you to your new place. I would definitely recommend them! They know how to get the job done and do it right!
