He asked about specific goals I have, and wanted to get a picture of how he could help me get back to living my life fully. From the start, he was attentive and supportive. He had me progress through exercises and assigned homework for me each week. Every week he was thorough in understanding whatHe adapter my exercises to get more strength and range of motion. Today, 6 weeks later, I have made amazing progress! I am stronger, I have an expanded range of motion, and I don’t feel pain! I can’t recommend a therapist more than Dr. Wu! I’m extremely pleased with the staff, expertise, and personal service of this local PT team . This is after seeing them regularly for two different injuries and repeated treatments for a difficult foot problem that I thought was hopeless. My therapist took a much broader view of my injury and showed how my local foot issue was related to my knee, hip, and walking gait irregularities and compensations for something I had lived with for 10 years. Quinn provided me with more of a whole body assessment than just a localized treatment which identified the real cause. Of the 3 different PT places I’ve used in over 25 years of sports and amateur injuries, Quinn is my favorite and most successful in results. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I highly recommend TJ at Quinn Physical Therapy, in downtown San Jose. I have been going to see TJ because I have a condition called frozen shoulder. I was nervous and in pain when my doctor referred me to Quinn. I couldn't move my left arm. After a couple of weeks, I am progressing fast. TJ is very professional, patient, kind. She makes me feel comfortable and hopeful. All the staff downtown are friendly and caring. Getting or canceling an appointment is easy. Thanks, TJ and guys. You are truly amazing.

I highly recommend Lezley at Downtown Quinn Physical Therapy. She leverages her many years' experience as she listens to and watches her patients and tailors a program to their needs. Her light-hearted yet dedicated approach creates an environment of wellness and optimism. The staff downtown are easy to talk to and do their jobs well. Getting an appointment is fairly easy, and the hours are convenient.
