I've only been at jax for about two months, but so far my experience has been great and I've got to deliver to some some places with amazing scenery like Lake City, CO. But enough with the flattery. This is a really good company to work for if you are willing. Pay is good home every week to see my family and most of all I stay busy no sitting around at all which I love! If you're in the need for a new job give them a call and tell them I sent ya and we look forward to having you join the family!

The worst. Told one rate from dispatch then got my settlement and several hundred dollars less. I had proof of rate I was told on some , others I didn't. I worked over a week past getting 1st installment of sign on bonus and they kept that. I've called many times now in the process of filling a wage complaint. Safety dept was great they are on A game. Dispatchers a couple are excellent, others don't care and are inaccurate on info the give you. Mess with my money I'm out! I spent alot of money picking up a empty to drop off for a loaded trailer. Drivers, workers leave reefer running and use up the fuel. Owner Ops pay for that. $60 to $100 almost every time to get tank on reefer to 3/4 or full depending where your going. Most of the loads Dispatch are really tight on delivering on time. Never ever would I go back. This is my opinion and my experience with this company.

I got approved and l start in September 16th. I know the dispatcher there at Jax Transport, I've known her for years!! She's pretty awesome and we used to work at the same truck company couple years ago.. Chase is awesome dude!

I’ve been with a few companies & then got on with JAX! From the moment I started communicating with Macey to getting my 1st load.. I can’t describe the sense of relief that I chose to run for this company. The pay is good & whether you run local or Otr if you’re willing to do your job you won’t be disappointed at JAX. Everyone in the office is here to support the drivers because they know the drivers are the breadwinners of this family atmosphere! Happy dedication to professionalism , respect & hard work make this company run efficiently. If your a left door swinging 200 mile breakfast making nap taking kind of driver JAX ain’t for ya… but if ya keep that peddle down, work hard good with not being micro managed…when ya take that time off you’ll be more than satisfied!! Check JAX out, they have company & o/o options. Very dog friendly, rider policy (18 & older) good benefits, transparency in what they offer & what you earn. It’s got an NEW yet OLE school attitude!!!
