Good service! Worked quickly and efficiently, and were careful with my stuff. Charged a fair price. They moved furniture from a 1 BR apartment on the third floor to another third floor apartment in town and made it look easy. Would recommend. Showed up a little late, which was unfortunate (they got lost), but they didn’t even want to charge me for the full time they were there; they were willing to round down to the nearest hour.

We booked Kairos a few months ago for around 9 AM to move across town. When they didn't show up, we called and they claimed to have booked us for the afternoon which was not true. They had another move, so they said they would show up around noon. They ended up showing up around 4 PM. They offered us a "discount" for being late, but it was hardly a discount and still more expensive than what I would have imagined. We had already moved most of the furniture ourselves! They quickly moved the rest of the stuff to the new house, which was about the only positive thing. Afterwards, the head mover had the audacity to ask for a good review. LOL

These movers have got to be the best people. They are super fast and efficient! They are able to make you laugh in a stressful situation. I want to thank them so much for all of their hard work. They made this look so easy on a 90 degree day. They respected our home and new home so much. Very worth the price! We had Nick, Alin, and Donald! I will never use this moving company again. They moved my furniture to a storage building until my home was ready and they ended up dragging my 2 mattresses on the floor of their truck. Both mattresses ended up getting filthy from the dirty floor and I even had mattress covers on them to prevent this very thing. The two movers told me they had a machine that would clean the mattresses and if it was not to my satisfaction the company would replace them. One mattress came clean but one did not. They took the cover off the mattress and they said they had it dry cleaned. Now the mattress cover looks worst than it did before. It didn’t come clean and it has a hole in it and big lent balls all over it. And now they refuse to replace my mattress. The mattress is less than 2 years old and Sam’s Club no longer carries the Serta brand so I found one similar that cost less than the one I have and they refuses to buy it even though it’s in the contract. I was working with Kaleb on this matter but I am no longer able to speak with him and the one that has been “helping” me has been very rude, telling me they are a small company. I paid them $800 and they can’t even replace my mattress. Now I guess we will have to go to court.

These guys did an excellent job unloading my UHaul truck and bringing in everything into my apartment. They were very courteous, and never wasted anytime getting the job. If I ever need another move job I would definitely call them to do it again. Highly recomended!
