Paul came to the rescue to tow my sister's car from Mason City to her Kia dealer in Des Moines. Very professional, extremely friendly & lightened a tense time. Came as soon as he was available, very next morning!!! I will tell everyone of his wonderful service and reasonable price. Paul texted when on his way and even sent a pic of the Kia parked in the dealer lot in DM. That was such great communication!!!! I'd give 10 🌟 if possible, guess I just did!

I live is Des Moines, but family is in Mason City...when my Kia Soul wouldn't start & lights flickering I knew I had to get it to Kia of DM. I searched "long-distance towing in Iowa" - DON'T!! My twin sister met Paul "sweetest man" who knew my father, sent pics of my car safe at the Kia dealership, & made our family smile during stressful times!! We do not live in Iowa but our daughter did, she found herself in a very bad situation on her way back to Ohio to us to start a new life with our granddaughter. This was her first trip as a young driver and it was a long trip that immediately began with a tire blow out. Here in Ohio we did not know what to do to help so my wife (her mother) called Katz tow and transport for help. This man not only came and rescued our daughter and granddaughter from the side of the road he took her to the tire shop and did not ask for a dime until he knew that she had made her 11 hour journey back home to her family safely. We made contact again several days later to make a payment arrangement and he all but gifted our family with his service. Sir, if u are reading this review I want u to know that u are one of gods angels and I will not allow your good deed for my family go unnoticed and unpaid for. Thank u so much sir God bless u and u will be hearing from me personally. Ten stars, highly recommend and the world needs more like u sir

I would give him a thousand stars. Mr. Paul is so amazing. He has helped me when my van broke down. Very good price Better than the rest. Called looking for roadside assistance. He was unavailable but very responsive, calling back and offering other options. Would call them for help again. Minus one star because he was busy with a long distance transport. I understand that is probably a good way to make more money, but by doing that, it takes away availability for the area when people need assistance. I would rather see another driver taking the long distance runs, or having someone "on call" back home. But as stated. Still good and would call again.
