Montelago apartments Has anyone at these apartments currently or in the past have issues with vehicles being towed illegally? If so, please contact me because I am building a case against them. This apartment and many others have become bullies to their residence and their guests, and they are violating the Texas occupation code. And the tow truck company LC towing, and their lot are also in violation of picking up the vehicles illegally because the apartment complex is not in compliance, and they will be held accountable.

I live in Mira Bella apartments off Imperial Vally Dr. these people DO NOT care about you! All they want is there rent!!!! The parking lot is falling about the garbage bins are falling apart. They refuse to give you any new appliances even though they know they should especially when you have complained about it and still no help!!! The patios and balconies are a joke they don’t hold the residents accountable for anything…they just sit in the office and wait for you to call then they only tell you what you want to hear!!! They change management companies and MANAGERD like crazy!! Shawna the NEW MANAGER is worse than the Hispanic lady at least the Hispanic lady was trying to help the residents!!! If you’re ever in the area drive by Mira Bella Apartments on Imperial Vally for a good laugh….

I live at parkside place apartments and management here is horrible. I have holes in my baseboards due to rats that I had to cover with plastic bags and management has done nothing about it, I have to be killing the rats and cleaning their feces almost everyday, I have showed them multiple times videos where you can hear and see the rats and still nothing has been done. I have a carpet that the manager came and walked more than once and never been replace and I have mold under the carpet due to a leak by my bedroom window that has never been fix and every time it rains water comes through there and get the carpet wet again and again. My husband's truck got broke into it and we reported to the manager and she did nothing about it, my husband had to spend a lot of money to replace the tools they stole and to fix the door where they broke in. My other car got vandalized, they spray paint it orange on the driver side with some construction paint, maintenance as witness about it and yet nothing was fix or done. The manager does not care about the resident's issues or to take care of the property, the building in front of mine has an ongoing sewer leak that has not been fix and it smells so bad. The dumpster are always with trash on the floor and the laundry areas are filthy, with the ongoing situation about covid-19 I feel that cleaning the common areas should be priority more because we do not have washer and dryer connections to safety do it at home. There is more to complain and I have all the videos and picture to prove that what I'm saying is true. I need someone at corporate to contact me as soon as possible since my next step is going to the city, to the apartment association, the BBB and also to fair housing because this is beyond explanation.
