I bought my first house through Pearl and Kevin and this was not an easy task for them. I approached them with a long, detailed list of impossible criteria; we spent over a year looking at listings and making offers before something finally panned out. Throughout the process they showed great tenacity and patience in a situation where many others had given up. Pearl and Kevin together is a perfect combination of real estate market analytics and construction expertise. Right from the start this process of home buying to the very end , Pearl was there in every step of the way. Kevin with his engineering background will walk you through a lot of maintenance and rebuilding issues like roofing, plumbing, insulation etc . Pearl had an extensive network of bankers and brokers that helped us getting a good deal on our home loan . She was there with us in all open houses . She was extremely meticulous and followed up with seller agents and all the other entities that are involved during the process of buying like escrow, lender etc . After closing the deal she helped us with a lot of maintenance work too. She is very resourceful and has wide web of people that can help you with cleaning, repair, termite control, gardening etc (all these things have been taken care after you buy and before you move in ). As a first time home owner , having Pearl on our side, was very reassuring . Pearl's kindness and empathy shines through all this . I would RECOMMEND Pearl and Kevin , especially if you are first time home buyer , you will have a brilliant team working with you.
