I have been seeing Dr. Brantley for several (three) decades and have even been driving back from my home in Colorado for the last ten. Not any more! The last several years I have been seeing CeCe, the nurse, instead. Over that time she kept reducing my medications, adamant that "the numbers showed..." until I ended up in real physical trouble. My primary care doctor here was alarmed at my condition and put me back on my original doses (which Dr. Brantley had me on for a couple of decades) and I recovered relatively quickly. When I told CeCe about it at my next visit she wanted to cut me back AGAIN. I told her that had been a bad idea, but she insisted. Scared, I went home and did NOT want to go down that dangerous road again, so I called and spoke with CeCe. She insisted that I follow her instructions and angrily said that she was going to put in my record that I was uncooperative and refusing to follow her advice. So, I ended up going to a new endocronologist who is much more compassionate and has worked with me to adjust my medications. Not surprisingly, my body has changed as I've aged and I needed some THOUGHTFUL adjustments. So much better now!!!

ATTENTION- Very Rude staff and Employees Ladies working in the office are very unapproachable and unhelpful. Doctor and Nurse do not monitor your levels or signs of issues with your samples. Im currently seeing another office in town and have been treated amazing and my health issues have been monitored and adjusted and I’m feeling great now!

This office has been very professional and compassionate about my illness. Dr. Brantley is very personable and easy to talk to. Anytime I have called with health issues I have had a nurse that listens and gives advice or directions to relieve my problems. I love this office and the staff. Reading all these negative comments really shock me! Dr. Brantley and CeCe have always been welcoming and kind to me. I’ve even seen another one of his nurses. They have always taken the time to explain my treatment plan with me and given me the chance to ask questions and state any concerns I have. The staff has always been friendly and cordial. I love Dr. Brantley and appreciate what he has done for me. My diabetes was out of control and he helped me get it back under control and he has also carefully managed my thyroid.

My friend had an appointment and was turned away because of her Insurance. She (my friend) offered to pay cash and still was refused care by Dr. Brantley’s office. Not only was she refused care but she literally was escorted out of the office without any explanation as to why she couldn’t be accepted as a patient. I work for a busy physician and we would never treat our patients the way my friend was treated yesterday. I was very disappointed and will not ever refer there. Bad business. Poor patient rapport. Very unprofessional!!!
