I contacted Kirsten frantically looking for an immediate rental upon learning, mid season, that the Airbnb we had arranged was in violation of the development’s HOA bylaws. My husband, niece and I, along with our 2 dogs were suddenly without a place to stay. Kirsten responded to my panic, and worked a small miracle to get us into a new rental for the remainder of the season. By March, we concluded that owning a home in the Wellington area would be a better fit for us in the future. Kirsten helped us sift through properties that were currently on the market and clearly understood our requirements. Though we didn’t find the right place prior to departing, Kirsten and her assistant Taylor, visited and videotaped properties for us while we returned to Michigan for the summer. They did valuations on potential properties, thoroughly discussed the merits of each home we considered, negotiated our offer, helped us secure financing and guided us through a well organized and surprise-free settlement. We highly recommend Kirsten to locate and secure your dream property, particularly to remote buyers who need a highly competent full service agent who can respond quickly in a fast moving sellers market. She is truly a delight to work with!
