If I could give zero stars I would, the first day I waited at home all day and the tracking kept saying out for delivery!!! Guess what?? Never arrived. The 2nd day I tracked my package it said they attempted delivery but issues with address… I have never had an address issue with any other delivery company! You can not get a live person on the phone. So I started reading all the negative reviews and decided to go to the warehouse and pick my package up from them. When I arrived the lady said they could not fit my package in the delivery car!!! Was anybody going to call me??? Be aware if you have something shipping through laser ship!!

My package was cut open and perfume stolen. Package tape was fresh and new on the bags side... see pictures. With all the other reviews I can see what happened... STRAIGHT THEIVES! I'd love to talk to someone about this from LaserShip that cares. That was a Christmas present. Shame on you!

I ordered some Nikes and they made it up Louisville and sat with no updates for 11 days. Turns out the staff stole my shoes and referred me back to Nike lol. Look, I'm not going to give a five star review for a delivery company doing what is literally their job: getting my package to the correct address on time in tact. That being said, and i preface this with saying that i know this company's reputation precedes them and this is my only experience with them, they delivered my Yankee Candles intact, no broken glass, at the correct address. I don't think these other people are lying. I am just saying this is MY experience with them.
