My experience with MoveOn Moving was nothing short of a disaster. The movers they sent to pick up our belongings were slow, careless, and did a terrible job overall. Not only did they take an excessive amount of time packing up our items, but they also displayed a lack of professionalism throughout the entire process (arguing in front of us, taking multiple smoke breaks when they were already hours behind). To make matters worse, multiple furniture items were broken during the move. It is evident that the movers lacked the necessary skills and care needed to handle our belongings properly. The negligence and lack of attention to detail displayed by the movers resulted in significant damage to our furniture, leaving us deeply frustrated and disappointed. During the drop-off, we were promised a 48-hour notice. However, the movers called us a mere 16 hours in advance, causing unnecessary inconvenience. Despite arriving at the destination 30 minutes early and taking time off from work, we were left waiting for an astonishing 6 hours as the movers consistently lied about their proximity to the drop-off location on four separate occasions. The unprofessionalism, incompetence, and lack of communication displayed by MoveOn Moving are completely unacceptable. Their actions caused us significant stress, wasted time, and resulted in multiple damaged items that ended up totaling over $1500. I strongly caution others against using this moving company, as they clearly lack the professionalism and reliability needed for a smooth and successful move.

Horrible service, extremely overpriced, horrendously slow delivery, broken and lost items valuing over $1000+. When the delivery drivers showed up they started charging me left and right for every little thing. This being the day I had scheduled to move, I couldn’t do anything other than pay the extra money. The company took 3 MONTHS to make the delivery! Communication was poor and service was awful. The delivery driver both for pickup and drop off called me the day before instead of giving me a few days notice, even after i was assured they would give me more notice. When they finally did arrive, the delivery driver told me that the storage unit I had rented didn't have access for his truck and he refused to deliver there unless we paid an extra $700 if he had to walk more that 50 feet or so even though he was moving it to storage and didn’t have to take time to assemble it. This being the day before delivery I had to take a day off of work to scramble and find another storage space. We found another one that multiple people assured us had semi access. Yet, the driver said it would be "too difficult" to deliver there and again said we would have to pay $700 if he had to move it in there. So we cancelled our storage unit there and searched frantically for another spot because he told us we had an hour to find a place. We finally found one that seemed to be acceptable for the driver. He then asked if he could deliver it that day instead of the next day because it was supposed to snow and he didn't want to work in the snow. I told him he could. He was poorly prepared, working by himself. It took him a very long time to move everything inside and my wife and I had to help him move, store, inventory, and remove protective coverings and tape even though I paid to have this done for me. After all that 2-3 of our boxes were ‘lost’ and many other boxes were damaged. As well as a TV screen shattered and many pieces of furniture broken, scratched, destroyed, etc.. The estimated cost of replacing all these things is $1,000+. After filing a claim for estimated damages and losses and waiting 3 months for the claim to go through, they gave me $132. All in all, if you plan on moving. I’d recommend renting a truck and doing it yourself. If you must have it shipped avoid MoveOn Moving and also Imperial Freight Lines AT ALL COSTS!

Please read!!! Do not give these guys your business. If we could give negative stars I would! This experience for my family noting but anxiety and to be honest probably illegal. My dad was moving from California to Florida to take care of my grandma. First they rescheduled pick up three times, costing extra days rent. Then they took over a month to actually deliver our items, we were calling every few days to follow up and they began screening calls. FINALLY after 30 days my dad received his “items”. Destroyed! Vandalized! Robbed! And there were other peoples items mixed into our boxes... lastly someone tried to break into his safe. Furniture, art and family photos destroyed forever :(. My dad was obviously upset when after paying $4000 they began unloading broken items, so the driver left.. did not bring anything inside or set anything up. Literally zero integrity... why would anyone move a truck full of broken items across country a month later and then drop them off at your door??... and charge you $4000. No call, no apology or explanation. Worst experience ever.

SCAM!!! I was quoted one rate over the phone. Then they call 6 days prior to pick up to re-go over the item list, they had a whole month to do this. 7 days prior is the cut off for a full refund by the way. Well after going over the list some how theres another $300 tacked on. On the day of pick up the driver tries to get me to not pay the weight estimate but a cubic foot estimate. I say ok thinking they would measure, NOPE. I point it out and I'm told "well we already started." one box had been loaded and if I cancel I'm out $700. They cram your stuff in and stack so much on top that the stuff below does not stand a chance. By the end of loading they dropped multiple boxes marked fragile. Many items came out broken, including two 4K TVs, nearly all the furniture had damage or gouges. When delivery was set up they couldn't fit a semi truck in like most public places so they wanted to charge me another $300 for a U-haul, the u-haul truck rents for $75. And you have to pay cash which is sketchy on its own. And when unloading they take other peoples stuff out and put it on the ground, exposing it to the elements (snowing the whole time during unload.) Read the contract, pay $1200 for full value insurance or they give you poor coverage - $0.60 cents per pound of damaged items. Got a $1000 radio they broke only weighs 10lbs you get $6. Yep, $6. The movers are not professional, not careful and will rush you through signing a contract to keep you from noticing how you are about to get screwed. And good luck with the customer service, they treat you like you are an inconvenience to them. Save your money get a U-haul or a Pod, the price you are quoted will not be that once you are past the full refund cancellation window, tack on another $1000 if you are lucky. And delivery windows are a 24hr notice so hopefully you have a job that will understand you needing to bail on short notice. Do yourself a favor avoid this company at all costs.

0 stars. all of the reviews below are correct- my stuff was delivered in SHAMBLES. From start to finish the experience was horrible-save yourself from using them! Michelle is nothing but rude and has no decency for customers. The movers came 5 hours late, left items in the middle of my apartment complex, then took 1 month to deliver my things. They were late again to deliver my things and when they did all of my boxes were crushed/ open, even the mover noted how horrible they looked. I then sent Michelle pictures asking if she thought this was appropriate to which she responded blaming ME and "poor quality moving boxes" when all of my boxes were brand new. What a horror, this company should go out of business. DO NOT USE THEM
