The way this company conducts business driving with total disregard for safety on the road is beyond disgusting, this driver drove on the shoulder cutting traffic with a semi truck that can easily kill people on blind spots!! This driver deserves to loose their license!!!

This is a great place to work if you're not trying to make a lot of money. You can easily make $1,500 a week but don't expect to make more than that. I did like working here I just needed to make more money.

Title: Inconsistent Evaluation Process at LDI Trucking Company Review: I recently had the opportunity to undergo the driver test at LDI Trucking Company, and I must say that the experience left me disappointed and frustrated. As someone with 19 years of driving experience, I expected a fair and thorough evaluation of my skills. However, the test person conducting the evaluation proved to be unqualified and lacking in professionalism. During the test, I was taken on a short trip in the Pomona area and onto the 57 highway before returning. I successfully completed eight clean turns and executed a somewhat tight dock maneuver with precision. However, to my surprise, I was failed based on the observation that I drove into the carpool lane. This assessment seemed rather strange and arbitrary, considering the overall proficiency demonstrated throughout the test. It is disheartening to be judged solely on one minor mistake, especially after showcasing years of experience and skill. This inconsistency in the evaluation process raises concerns about the fairness and reliability of LDI Trucking Company's driver test. I feel compelled to share my experience to caution other drivers who may be considering applying to LDI Trucking Company. While I cannot speak for everyone, I believe it is essential for potential applicants, like Marlene, to be aware of the potential issues they may encounter during the evaluation process. In conclusion, the driver test at LDI Trucking Company left me disappointed due to the unqualified and inconsistent evaluation I experienced. I hope that the company takes steps to improve their evaluation process, ensuring fairness and accuracy for all applicants.

Currently I'm investing in precious metals and fresh underpants in these uncertain time's. Dispatch staff and driver coordinators are second to none. CONS: The company driver lounge Free Cocoa machine is always out of order.
