I wish I could give them no stars. I have a transportation company through my insurance. They booked a ride through H&Z Logistics. On Wednesday August 21,2024 at 8:30 a.m. Pick up time was at 8:00a.m. At 8:10 they hadn't arrived. I called my insurance and they checked with H&Z who told them the driver had came earlier and left so they couldn't help. Nobody called to let me know they were here. I was outside waiting at 7:50. This was an important appointment. They are not reliable. Do not use. Of course they will dispute this. If the driver had called me I would have come down.

This transport service have left my blind and disabled father waiting for hours for a ride back to his facility. When we call after they don't show up they say they'll be there in 30 minutes but no one shows up! This has happened twice this past week and he misses his dialysis appointments because of them. Don't use them. They are the most unreliable transportation service that the facility uses.

My previous experience with medical transportation is very bad. I have appointments with a doctor. I was suffering a lot from not respecting transportation appointments, which caused me to cancel many of my appointments with a doctor. But H&Z, owned by Zaid, made me feel comfortable and happy. Their cars are always clean, drivers are respectful especially the driver key and most importantly, they come at the right time. I recommend them. Thank you gys

Had an amazing experience with H&Z, staff was very helpful and did an amazing job explaining the process of everything. My father needed a ride to a doctors appointment, and we had no transportation available. We called H&Z they were quick to respond and help us out. They picked up my father, dropped him off at his appointment and proceeded to pick him back up from his appointment and bring him home safely. I recommend giving this place a call!

How can a company just decide to not show up for an already scheduled pickup from dialysis? They just decide to leave a completely disabled (both physically & verbally) individual stranded with no means of transportation home without any prior warning? Would not recommend this company for services.
