Very misleading. Purchased a pack that had an older design on their packaging and the date on the back was 2012. I open the pack and it has 2023 base set stuff. I will not be purchasing a single thing that comes from MJ holding ever again. That’s what they do, they hold the good stuff and send the bulk. Also looking at their reviews it seems their customer service is terrible being that I don’t see any responses from whoever is in charge of their consumer relations. 😔

Terrible packing causing damage and very misleading. The Mega Mystery Power Box I purchased was a huge disappointment. The way they pack these boxes left 2 of my items damaged and 4 of the 5 booster packs were out of the sleeve for individual packs, just random loose booster packs one would receive out of an ETB or tin. The oversized card was damaged; bent down the middle and edge. Scratched on the surface and back from how they “pack” this box. Absolutely no protection at all. This is no where near what I expected for $50. The outer packaging is misleading; this box was originally purchased because we thought there was a graded card inside. But it’s not a graded card, it’s a “surprise” item. Mine being a keychain in terrible condition. It was discolored, completely scratched and dented up. Looked like it had been in a bin for ages getting thrown and pushed around. I realize the value of these mystery boxes are set for the CHANCE but not guarantee of getting something greater in value but for the $50 price point, it could be of greater quality and care than what I just received.

The mystery gems products and every other product offer are literal scams. They put pictures of psa cards on their box as a possibility, yet psa slabs literally don’t even fit into their boxes. You’ll never get one. This is false advertising and would put this company in the same ball park as grandma scammers, except worse because their targets are kids

Talk about deceptive advertising. I purchased a mystery box of basketball cards from Meijer, where they distributed their product to, for $39.99. Design/artwork of the box makes you think you’ll get older licensed packs from pre panini era. Of the 7 factory sealed packs, 3 of them were off brand / un-licensed generic cards (no nba logo or jerseys) and the other 4 were card releases from the last 3 years…of which 1 of the packs had two missing cards (only had 2 in the pack instead of 4. The biggest scam I’m ever had to deal with card collecting. Please save your money and buy officially licensed cards sealed in the original boxes (hangers, blasters, fat packs, hobby, etc) where you know the cards/packs haven’t been cherry picked and your getting actual NBA licensed cards.

People who bought these people's garbage, they falsely advertise their boxes and they repackaged what doesn't have value to them and the sell them to stores. Go buy normal packs and boxes if you all want the thrill of cracking open booster packs and gamble your life savings away over some cardboard you'll probably not gonna see after world war 3 and won't feed you all...
