This is hands down the absolute worst moving company I have ever dealt with. They quoted one price then showed up and charged me $700 more. Not once did they show up when they were supposed to. Lack of communication is an understatement. By the time our things finally arrived boxes were smashed, items were broken. Steer clear of this company unless you want to be overcharged and have your belongings broken. Worst mistake I made was hiring them. I wish I could give zero stars.

I beg you ! Do not use this company. I spoke with Jeff numerous times about my move from CA to Florida. Their quotes were a little higher than other companies, but they claim to be i’m moving company and not a brokerage.
I sent Jeff numerous pictures and videos of my parking lot because I read the fine print that states there is a $300 up charge if they cannot bring a truck in. Numerous times claimed it would not be a problem and worst case scenario they could park it in the parking lot beside my residence.
The movers showed up on time in California however they started packing and putting small objects in huge boxes to up the square footage. They also promised to waive the elevator fee.
Note read the fine print as I did in the contract. If they cannot bring the big rig directly to your residence, they charge you $300 for a smaller truck extra. They also charge $100 if there is an elevator there is also a charge for stairs, there is also a charge for anything over 50 feet.
My arrival date was supposed to be September 16 however, the driver in Florida Asaf who is extremely rude and condescending demanded that the drop off would be on Sunday, which caused me $100 fee from my condo association.Asaf then demanded an additional $600 cash for a truck and elevator fee and stated,” I don’t have a contract and don’t know how to read one”
My delivery fee went from $1212-$1812. If you do not pay the fee in cash, they will place your items in storage and charge you daily.
Asaf also continuously texted and harassed me before, and after the move.
Almost all of my items were broken. 10 of my boxes were missing. Asaf left left with his girlfriend who picked them up at the condo, and there was only two workers, one unloading the truck and one taking items into the house.
The next thing I knew they were gone. They did not sign the contract showing that we received everything they refused to assemble anything. They lost 10 boxes and most of what we received was broken.
I called the company to complain and talk to Lupe. They basically do not care whether you receive your items or not. They gave me a website to file a claim where you get pennies on the dollar for items that are lost, missing, stolen or damaged
Do not do business with them!

I had a very disappointing experience with this moving company. Initially, they quoted me $2,700 for my move, but when they arrived, they charged me an additional $1,000. They never clearly mentioned the $400 shuttle fee, which they later insisted was in the contract, but I did not realize it. This unexpected fee and other charges brought the total cost of my move to over $4,000, which was much more than I had budgeted for.
Moreover, the service was subpar. They were supposed to handle all the unboxing and boxing for me, but they left trash everywhere and did not complete the job as promised. Additionally, when they assembled my bed, they did a poor job – the assembly is really loose and not secure.
Overall, I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I received and would not recommend this company to anyone. The lack of transparency, poor communication, and substandard service make them an unreliable choice for moving needs.

We are very disappointed with our experience. After paying the deposit, communication from this company stopped completely, despite numerous emails. After finally reaching them by phone after over ten attempts, finally someone helped. We were also shocked to be charged $1,000 extra when they pick up, so we had no choice, bringing the total way over other quotes for less than 200 cubic feet of shipment. We initially thought the cost was reasonable, but it turned out to be significantly higher than all other quotes we received.
We don't expect this review will prompt any change from this company, as they seem indifferent to customer feedback and ratings. This review is simply to provide some balance to their customers only.

Master moving is the most disorganized and unprofessional moving company I’ve ever dealt with. I started the process of scheduling my July move in May. I received a quote of 1,594.36 and paid my initial deposit of $429.00 when the movers showed up to my house they then charged me and extra $1,000! And said that the move was not calculated correctly and that it was going over the 220sq ft allotment for my stuff. They then took my items back to a warehouse in CA before it was shipped to my final destination on the east coast and no one ever bothered to explain this process or mention that it would be over two weeks before I received my items. Not to mention that every time I called their dispatch department was extremely rude especially Brenda. Oh and don’t forget they will claim that that they do all of the move themselves, they do not they used a third party as to complete the move. Use AirTags bc that’s the only way you’ll even know where your stuff is. They also lost almost all of my clothes in the move and just told me to file a claim that was my only option, and they damaged multiple pieces of furniture and did not care. Not to mention that when their third part arrived they refused to leave a receipt and made an absolute mess of my house, used the bathroom and left mud everywhere in a new house and told me that I was overreacting because I had four boxes missing.
This company needs to be shut down. You cannot charge people for this type of service. I’m out over a thousand dollars more than I was quoted in addition to all of my lost clothes and damaged items I have to now replace. For anyone looking to move pay the extra money to go with a reputable company not these unprofessional thieves and liars.
