They let the most awful women run the property in Los Molinos. They lie, manipulate, gaslight, and control this elder community. When you call MBS they report it back to these women and they retaliate. Arlene and Roxanne should have been fired or at the very least reassigned a long time ago. Unfortunately, this is a very small area and these people literally have no where else to live nor do many have the means to move. This should be classified as elder abuse!

By far the most unprofessional property management I have ever dealt with. I haven’t even rented from them yet and I can already say stay away. Just about four months ago I filled out an application for my family and I for the new town houses. Payed application fees, had meeting, gave all documents needed, and told them our current lease was up in June and asked when they would start accepting applicants. They said I would know by may. It’s now June. My lease is done as of tomorrow. I have tried EVERYTHING over the last 3 weeks to get in contact with them just for an update. Multiple emails, phone calls that always go straight to voice mail but won’t let you leave a message because their inbox is full (they also have like three different numbers?) I even went down to their office and nobody would come talk to me. I hate to be that pushy of a person but I need to know what our living situation is going to be. I have no idea how they’re still around with such horrible management.

It's been 4 months since they called me and said I'm up on the waitlist and come submit my docs did that I'm still waiting for completion of the application process I was told my part of the paperwork process was complete a month ago now I'm told I have to submit more documentation since it's been a month that they haven't gotten their "corrections" completed in time I'm baffled it's never taken this long to get into an apartment in my entire life for no reason.... not to mention they lost my application twice and I had to resubmit multiple paystubs and bank statements as they lost those too!

Highly recommend to stay away from this property management!!! They don't even deserve 1 star.. they ignore fixes but are so quick on filing paperwork that suites then
