My initial contact was with Chase who was very pleasant and thorough. During the whole process he did a great job of keeping me updated. The three man crew showed up on time, in fact they were a few minutes early and called me when they were on their way. David, Will and Anthony were all extremely pleasant and really hard workers. They brought along a long runner to protect the carpet and they made sure everything was wrapped and well protected. I would absolutely use Metcalf again and would be very happy to have Chase, David, Will and Anthony as my moving team.

David Graves and his team were awesome! They were extremely professional, friendly, and handled all of our items with the upmost of care. We have a phase 2 move to schedule with Metcalf and will definitely ask for this team again! Ryan, Donnet and Melissa were also great to work with through the estimating of our job and helping with getting boxes and packing materials. If we could give 10 stars to Metcalf Moving we would!

My wife nearly got scammed by a hard-selling moving business who yelled at us. So when a friend recommended Metcalf, I felt bad because my experience was quite the opposite of my wife's. Everyone at Metcalf was amazing! The guys who moved us wrapped up all of our furniture, and they even transported our heavy snow blower. I really hate moving, but Metcalf made it so easy. Plus they were priced WAY less than the business who tried to scam us. Don't hesitate, work with these guys. They are local and awesome!

Steve and the guys did a great job on the departure side. The team was helpful and very accommodating. The unloading side did a fine job, but make sure you are familiar with the fact that they will not unpack and put together some items that they took apart and packed. Overall, they did a wonderful job, and I would definitely use them again.
