Dalton and John were great. We hired them to help unload our U-pack trailer and they did a fantastic job with a last minute call to help. Responsive and got the job done efficiently. 10/10 would hire again.

Planned a move weeks in advance, and was in frequent communication. Dalton texted the night before the move and asked if "we were still on tomorrow", to which I responded yes and asked what time with no response. Originally was told to expect the movers around 10:30-11:00. No one ever called, texted, emailed, or showed up. I still have not heard from them. Highly recommend seeking moving services elsewhere. Very disappointed and confused

I had a unique situation and really needed a moving company to work with me and understand my needs! They did more than that! Dalton and Andrew stayed in contact with me from a day before moving until the final box was placed. They were kind, compassionate, thorough and professional! THIS is the moving company you need to hire! We have had the pleasure of working with them for two moves and they did a fantastic job! Yesterday, they showed up even IN a snow storm! Dalton & Andy are great guys & VERY efficient in the moving process. They work well together & treated our belongings like they would their own! We thought the job would take 4 hours and they had it done in 2 1/2! They are great communicators and very reliable! So, for your next move, this is your company!

I paid a deposit with my credit card of $552.00 for a move from Colorado to Minnesota. I am the executor of an estate for my handicapped widowed sister who lost her husband. I closed on her house and had 3 days remaining to remove her property. Mile High moving company assured me they would be at the house to move her on 3 June. They did not show after repeated calls to Joey at the company. They finally called back after 3 times leaving a message and telling me they would call back once they found out where the driver was and how it was going on another job.. It was later in the day and they said they would be there the next morning. They showed the next morning but stated they would need to get boxes to pack me out for it was not scheduled as a full pack but a pick up of 122 boxes. The foreman promised me they would be back the next day. This was the last day i had to remove her property. After 7PM that night i received a call from the company stating they are not going to do the move leaving me high and dry, and they were fully aware of my situation. This is at best shameful. I also called to get my deposit back. They kept telling me they would credit my account . It is now the 3rd day and i still have not received my money which to me is nothing less than Theft. I called Eden moving company in Denver the next morning after they cancelled me and they took care of me that day and packed my sisters property. Eden had professional staff and did the job correctly. Stay away from Mile High Moving Co. I also am a retired Naval Veteran and a Chaplain.
