Make sure you’re aware up front of their fees and charges, as other tows in the county are more affordable. I had my car towed under 5 miles and was charged $325. Was told this after it was loaded. The other tow said it would be $150, so I assumed this one would be similar. And then when I was asked if I wanted to tip on top of the $325 I was a bit in shock and had to decline as this was over twice the other tow rate. When calling to ask for the breakdown I was told I “wasn’t capable” and needed the drivers “expertise” and that’s why I was charged an extra $140 for labor. When the driver arrived my car was dead, he jumped it and from there was able to shift into neutral and crank loaded it to the standard towing bed. Had I had a charge I was fully capable of putting it in neutral. The customer service was not ideal or up front and trustworthy.

After backing into a culvert late at night and getting completely stuck we called many tow companies. Hayden answered our call, showed up earlier than expected and went above and beyond with his kindness. Even backed the car up for us so we avoided repeating the same mistake. All other tow companies we called were much longer wait times and 2-3x the cost. Go Hayden & CMT!

Boyfriend called after 10p for flat tire service off hwy 101 S bound by Lucas Valley/Smith Ranch. JP gave an eta of an hr. When I showed up, we were going to stop at Safeway and then head back. JP called when we were at the Safeway parking lot wondering why we left. He showed up in 20 minutes, thank you. We went back to his parked car off the hwy by the chp booth. An approx. 10-20min job took about an hr to plug a tire. He made vulgar comments trying to make us laugh. Saying, "excuse my French" after every curse word, imitating a man pleasuring himself, saying d*k. He was there from 10:20p-approx. 11:30p. Because he's 6'1, JP put my boyfriend to work, telling him to roll the tire to the back of his tow truck, he was talking about how much money he makes, told him to do something, asked him if he was jump roping, asked him if he knew the 'double dutch bus' song, called him a liar, pushing his buttons about his work ethics, talking about us going to get drinks, alcohol, E Oakland, doo rags, listening to Too Short, bending over in front of me wanting my boyfriend to frisk him because he was wearing a uniform. I can't imagine how many people, couples he's offended. He mentioned it's common for 7 people to live in an apt in the Canal San Rafael, they all have cash in their pockets, talking about a woman's fractured arm in the car. He loves his job. What's sad is that he's going to do it again. Corte Madera Tow please respect all people, communities, skin color, all women please. Thank you.

This company is wonderful. I had excellent customer service from start to finish. My driver made it so easy for me and really took all the stress away through his kindness and sincerity. He was knowledgeable and very well experienced. He even helped me see something else I need to fix on my vehicle and I really appreciated that! 10 stars. I highly recommend!
