Derek and Nancy - A fantastic transport team who handled our cross-country move from CA to VA with punctuality and professionalism. UPDATE: Some more boxes that were unpacked, take a look. I want to start off by saying the movers we had were very unprofessional, from playing music that’s completely inappropriate for a woman alone in her home to one of the employees giving me a hard time about my valuables when no one explained this in the first place. We’re on day 2 of unpacking our stuff and there’s another box that we have to throw out and claim. One of the boxes had our Keurig in it and they didn’t even bother to take out the water resulting in a whole box of kitchen appliances needing to be thrown out. Now we have another box that has our fruit holder and water jug in the litter box. Absolutely disgusting. We will be filing a complaint to our military mover section to consider choosing another company. We still have many boxes to go so who knows what else there is.

On moving day the crew was fast and efficient, they had no problems getting everything wrapped up and loaded. The unloading process was just as smooth. Very professional crew.
