We have had 2 MOD trailers on our property for many years, much longer than our original expectations. We finally reached a point where we no longer needed the "temporary" class and office space. When we called to have the trailers removed the MODSNY team was amazing. They prepared us well, to be sure that everything was in order and the day of the move went smoothly. The trailers had been here for over 10 years and they needed to do some maintenance to get them off our lot, they came fully prepared for all the possibilities. My facilities manager and staff need only to observe. I would highly recommend working with this company. Kim in the office is also fabulous and helpful.

This facility should never be labeled as a business.If i can give them a negative star I would. Their ethics are terrible and they know how to waste a consumers time. Anyone contacting this company for storage, don't waste your time. I promise it will be wasted by Anthony.

Damaged Property and Broke into property: Spoke to Anthony from the company and they are denying that they broke into my property to take one of their units my renter was using. They damaged fencing, broke locks and ripped up lawn. Police report is going to be made. Do NOT use this company as they are not very honest and shady. They think they are above the law.
