All of my interactions with the great people at the front desk and around the facility have been uniformly positive. Questions are answered promptly and completely. Concerns-what few there have been-are dealt with immediately and to the customers satisfaction. The facility itself is sparkling clean, well maintained and secure. The storage areas are well lit, clean and dry. There are abundant dollies and hand trucks available to help move your boxes or furniture. I appreciate it when a company goes out of their way to earn your business. Casa De Mini has certainly earned mine!

Sunday Aug 13 ,2017. At 4:40pm... Went here to rent a storage unit. But, the woman in the office told me there is not enough time. That she close at 5:00. It was 4:40. 20 minutes to fill out the paper work was plenty of time. she turned me away losing money for the company or owner. I will never return to this place. Plus the gate hours are not long enough or late enough. 7 to 7 Mon thru Fri 7 to 6 sat. Sun. Poor Management skill show. The woman in the office needs training on how to greet customers as well as not turning customers away. Was unpleasant never smiled. Look as if she disliked her job. Get a job that suits you. Learn how to work with the public.
