DO NOT USE - MURAWAY MOVING IS A SCAM!!
It has been an absolute nightmare dealing with this company. When I initially booked with them back in December, I spoke with Mason and I was guaranteed a delivery date of December 29th - January 1st. My items didn't arrive until January 23rd. Apparently, they bring all of their moves to a warehouse in California to be staged and then it's shipped out to the actual move location (this was never disclosed to me at the time of booking). The majority of my furniture pieces were damaged, as well as my cardboard boxes looking like they were kicked all the way from Arizona to Florida. They were completed smashed, ripped open and clearly traveled upside down, even with FRAGILE written all over the boxes. I accurately described my items and sizes prior to pickup (between 600-700 cubic feet), however, at pickup, they argued that I had 984.5 cubic feet (nearly 300 more cubic feet than expected). When the truck arrived in Florida, I photographed, measured and documented every single thing that came off of that truck and cross referenced the sheet the movers provided me . I even rounded quarter inch measurements. The TOTAL amount of cubic feet that was actually moved was 699.49. They have charged me for over 285 cubic fee that I never had. They only accepted cash or a Postal Service money order at the delivery of my items, that way the charges couldn't be disputed through the banking system once I realized I was being scammed. The driver who dropped off my truck, said that Muraway Moving's office is next door to his and that he had never worked with them before but they had flagged him down because of his semi and asked if he had any room on his truck for a trip to Florida. This is a broker, not a moving company. I've dealt with 3-4 different 'companies' with Muraway Moving during this entire fiasco. Every time I've spoken to someone at Muraway Moving (Cindy and Cynthia), they're rude, unprofessional and completely unhelpful. I've been trying to get in contact with someone regarding my damaged items and my over charge of 285 cubic feet, but no one will return my call. I last spoke with Sebastian Hart on 2.16.23 who said he was waiting for his manager to look into the issue and that I would be contacted ASAP. That was two weeks ago. I've called and left voicemails since my last contact, with no response on their behalf. Muraway Moving has scammed me out of thousands of dollars, ruined multiple pieces of my property, lied to me about the entire process and now refuses to correct their errors.

MuraWay was an absolute stress free experience. Zarko went above and beyond in communicating effectively with all the details of my move. He sent two gentlemen Vital and Leo, they were fast, professional, and handled my belongings with care. I will definitely use MuraWay again and recommend their services for moving!

I have never felt inclined to write public reviews about anything, but I would be doing the world a monumental disservice if I did not write about how bogusely irresponsible, immature, and unprofessional this so-called "moving company" that's actually a broker is. These people are professional liars and thieves, please do not trust them with your personal belongings and livelihood!
I recently moved from Houston, TX to Arlington, VA with them and the experience from start to finish was nothing short of a nightmare. When the movers arrived for pick-up on 1/26 in Houston, I noticed that it was a completely different company name, though I was told by Sebastian that they did not broker business and would be moving the items themselves. The brokered company "Ideal Movers and Storage" tried to up-charge me for packing items that were already mentioned in the articles list. After an hour of arguing with them, I called Sebastian and he resolved the issue with them and they packed everything up.
We had agreed in the contract I signed to receive my items in Arlington, VA from 2/2-2/4. On the 31st, I got a very rude communication from a driver who was insisting he had to drop off my belongings by 4 PM that day and refused to respond to my messages that we agreed upon delivery from the 2nd to the 4th. If I had known that the company was capable of delivering the items earlier than the agreed upon delivery dates, I would have planned accordingly for that. After days of calling to complain to the Ideal Movers company I was unknowingly brokered out to by Sebastian, and days of calling Sebastian, I received a call from a driver on the 3rd that he would be dropping my belongings off on the 4th.
When he arrived, he refused to unload my items from his truck unless I paid him an additional $350 for what he described as a "long carry" charge because the truck he was driving would not fit all the way into the building's loading dock. This was property extortion to swindle some extra cash as far as I am concerned, as the distance between the elevators and my apartment were much shorter than the distance of where I was coming from. I called the customer service hotline, Sebastian's direct line, and Ideal Movers over a dozen times to speak with the driver but all of my efforts were to no avail. Sebastian answered the phone three times and chose to play and sing mariachi music in the background, instead of assisting a customer in need.
Upon dropping off the items in my apartment, both my glass coffee table and 43 inch Toshiba TV were broken. The glass was completely shattered and couldn't even be removed from the box. The TV was non-functional due to improper wrapping techniques. If you love yourself and your belongings at all, do yourself a huge favor and find a company that actually prides itself in customer service. Moving across the country is already stressful enough and comes with a hefty price tag, but having years shaved off of your life and health due to the monstrosity of stress "MuraWay Moving" will give you is not worth it. They don't even have a microcosm of conscience!!

Where should I start.
I started my communication with Zarko and he was friendly, responsive, and professional.
They send you a detailed proposal and before start and after finish we signed and received receipts.
Mike and Serge showed up in the time frame I was told and they were active non-stop.
They packed our heavy furniture very professionally and try to fit as much as they can in their truck.
Great attitude and after 7 hours of going up and down they were still smiling.
Their quote was reasonable compare to 2 other companies I contacted.
Highly recommended.

Best experience I've had with a moving company. Zarko and Cindy were so helpful and even accommodated to a last minute request I had. The movers Oleg and Misha worked fast and efficient and were so nice and professional. Everyone made my move stress free. Great experience. Super happy and will be using them from now on.
