If you want your things destroyed and then want to be screamed at, in your own home, for asking the movers to be careful and pointing out damage, definitely hire this company. Edit: disgusting people. Asked politely to be careful with a carefully packed, expensive keyboard. Ruined. Countless prized, very expensive possessions ruined. Glad I paid thousands to be screamed at and have all my things purposefully destroyed.

10 out of 50 boxes missing. Everything else came damaged and broken. Their insurance offered $100. They are irresponsible crooks. They are the reason moving companies have a bad reputation. They are "competitively priced" for a reason. I implore you to use anyone else. I guarantee you will have problems with them! Awful customer service to boot.

Best moving experience ever!!! Throughout my entire move, Movement Pro was helpful and professional. The moversworked hard and took excellent care of my antique furniture. They wrapped all my furniture with padding and handled everything with care. The movers packed all my china neatly and carefully and not one single piece of glass was broken. Trustworthy and careful, they did an excellent job and honored the price I was given. Will definitely use them for all my moving needs! Thanks guys👍

Worst experience going with this company "Movement Pro Van Line". Only reason I'm making my moving issue publicly known here at BBB is wishing others to not get scammed and trapped. Because sharing our experience can help people who plan to move to a new home avoid dishonest movers. Horrific experience! I got a quote from them and decided to use them over other companies because of BBB and google rating but they charged me over double what was quoted. They'll try to be nice with you just to secure the business, but trust me, on the day of pickup you'll be in trouble by their unprofessional crew. On 4 Jan 2023 I contacted “Movement Pro Van Lines” with a request for a quote. I received an immediate answer with an estimated quote. Company representative asked me to send the inventory list which I provided and have a final binding estimate. In fact, I have told them clearly that I've listed many of the items on the marketplace for sale. They confirmed that If I ended up selling the items form the agreed inventory list, they'll reduce the price. I sold many heavy items from the inventory list like 01 Queen Bed frame with Storage, 6 drawer dresser, 3-door Wardrobe, Table with Lamp , Floor Lamp etc. I was sure that I would receive a quality and smooth moving service and so I trusted “Movement Pro Van Lines” with my belongings. The moving date was set for 30 Jan. Unfortunately, on the day of pickup, instead of going lower with the price because of taking out many heavy items from the inventory, they charged me extra money with a lame excuse that inventory used more space. They put me on a spot because the next day was the last day of my lease and the very next day I was having a reserved flight with my whole family (2yr old baby, spouse and my mother). They lost items, damaged furniture, and broke items. Had to constantly call and call and leave emails with gentle follow up and reminders for a response. Very upset and highly disappointed with this company!
