We used MME as we were originally planning to part exchange our home, however hen we decided to become a private sale we had to continue with MME as we had a contract signed with them already. I had two case handlers, the first handler seemed a nice man and he gave regular updates and checked in weekly with us. When he moved roles, we didn't get informed until after he moved when we were introduced to our new case handler. The second case handler, was harder work. He had more of an ego, and whilst he was pushing our sale through and assisting our buyers with their awful solicitors, there was no assistance or willing to help find alternative solutions when they sale become tricky. I also found him to be very rude. A compliant was made and compensation offered, which I am still waiting to receive. I would not choose to use MME.

Absolutely terrible company from start to finish. No one did anything they were meant to, they were rude, constantly didn't listen and tried to pressure clients. Wouldn't deal with buyers solicitors. Added so much more stress than was needed. I would never deal with this company again.

I had the misfortune of using 'Moving-MadeEasy.co.uk' and wasting 3 weeks in trying to get them to set up deals with local estate agents to sell my property. I signed a contract naming the agreed local agencies we wanted to market our property with and when their incoherent 'senior sales' person called the agreed agencies 'Moving-MadeEasy.co.uk' strung me along for a further week before finally admitting today they have said that they can get just one of the originally agreed agencies at 1.5% whereas I have gone direct to KFH and Hamptons and got them to market my property at 1.25% which is a saving of £1875 ! Moving-MadeEasy.co.uk add no value to the process and are just another fairly pointless 'intermediary' who just add friction and a load of stress !

Would just like to echo the positive reviews. Although Moving Made Easy were the agents of the property I was buying they went above and beyond in helping me purchase my property over nearly the course of a year!! They acted as a bridge between myself and my solicitors and were the ones who kept me informed of developments. I would like to thank particularly Oliver Groves but Kat, Phil and the rest of the team there as you have shown understanding, patience and professionalism throughout the whole process and were always quick to respond to calls and emails.. Couldn't recommend higher, thank you!

From the time Moving Made Easy became involved in the process of selling our home and purchasing the new build we were impressed by the entirely professional manner in which the operative(s) involved dealt with matters in what proved to be a challenging time on occasions. They kept us informed and updated at all times on a frequent basis throughout, were patient, encouraging, and reassuring until the end of matters. There is no doubt that without their help we would not only have lost the house to which we aspired, but would have also lost the sale of our present house.
