Mr. Move did a great job at packing our goods. The staff was very professional and quick at work. The ops person who had come with them noted everything and making a proper inventory list along with mentioned items that packed in particular boxes. The shipment was moving towards Adelaide from Bangalore also their after sales service is very satisfactory. we have received all our items safe and secure without any damage. Great experience and throughly professional. I would have no hesitation to recommend them for relocation services.

I strongly advise against using this company for any of their services. My experience with them was an absolute nightmare. During the move, they completely damaged my TV, oven, and several other items. What’s worse is that they showed zero accountability or concern when I reported the damage. The packing was careless, and it’s clear they had no regard for the safety of my belongings. I’m now left with expensive repairs and replacements, all because of their incompetence and negligence. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this company at all costs!

Recently had a very good experience with Mr. Move for my shipment coming from US to Himachal Pradesh in India. Of particular mention is Mr. Anand, who was in touch with me throughout the process and guided me with every single detail. I am very satisfied with the excellent customer service given by Mr. Anand, he is cordial, explains everything with patience and most importantly, he really cares for the customer. There were couple of challenging scenarios for my shipment: (1) the US partner company were not responding in time at some point and there was a limited time in which the shipment had to be cleared from the port in Mumbai. Mr. Anand was transparent with me and asked for help. I talked to the US company and asked them to respond immediately to sort out the shipment at the port. (2) Because the shipment had to come to a remote location in Himachal Pradesh, the original CNG truck set off from Mumbai could not make it all the way through. Mr. Anand again was very transparent about the situation and explained me the process of crossing over to two smaller diesel trucks in nearby town and the extra cost involved. I was very appreciative of his way of dealing difficult situations and for always keeping my interest in the focus. Customer service from the US company was no where close to as good as Mr. Move, especially Mr. Anand. I highly recommending working with them for your moving needs...I will do the same in future as well!
