I don't know where to start. If you are a new or existing dealer and thinking about getting a Floorplan thru NextGear Capital, please, please don't do it. It will be like signing a deal with the devil, your business will go down the drain 100% and your profit margins will disappear, and you will be left with nothing. The fees are "EXTREMELY HIGH", in the thousands, if you don't sell the vehicles by the 2nd or 3rd month, you are screwed. Also, if they try to pull a payment via ACH and you don't have enough funds, they shut down your account immediate and take all the vehicles you financed thru them. They will also make you sign a personal guarantee, which means they can come after your business or any asset that you own. Instead do your homework and research getting a loan with a reputable bank thru a line of credit or home equity loan. But please avoid NextGear Capital.

I work with 3 different finance companies & let me tell you. Nextgear will make you regret the day you signed up with them. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE stay away from these people the other 2 companies I work with are relationships I value. If you like stress & hardship sign up with nextgear 👍

Unprofessional account manger and rate is a scam . I was told there will be 0 Apr for the first 60 days . I don’t recommend plus my account manager wanted me to meet her every 2 weeks at starbucks. It wasn’t mentioned in their policy when I signed the documents. Rude and disrespectful account manger her name is Rashida.

Before starting a line with them. Weigh your options very carefully. The interest is just too much. The interest rate on paper makes it seem like it’s not all that bad. But with all the fees it is truly a lot more than you think. All I’m saying is they aren’t looking out for your best interest. Borrow money from a heloc or get some private investors. Something that has a flat interest payment made monthly. Far better than this set up. Their setup just eats into cashflow. I would not recommend.

To anybody reading all these negative post are not true. That company will not close up your account for no reason they will close it if you sell cars out of trust, which probably all of these dealers did and then want to blame it on them for not carrying out their end of the bargain I know a lot of people are using it for years. Yes, they charge a lot of interest, but they let you make money, but they just do not close your account for no reason if your credit drops they will also do it. You don’t see them complaining when they gave them the line of credit. But once the default, they blame it on them for taking back there collateral.
