Mind you, I don’t leave negative reviews, but it is important for those reading to know about my experience. I DO NOT recommend this moving company at all. Don’t walk, RUN! They showed up late for the move and with one guy. My father had to basically load the truck alone. I was told by this guy that the owner did not give them notice until the night before of my move. I scheduled this move two weeks in advance. He took my items to go pick someone random up to help him. Talk about a nervous wreck? The truck was too small, so multiple trips were made. They also broke my TV. I called and texted the owner, Keith multiple times and he would not respond. His staff stated that he doesn’t answer the phone. This was the worse and most unprofessional service I have ever encountered. Will not use them again. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. A discount was given, but the negative experience outweighed it. He also did not answer the phone until it was time for payment. Go figure! I hate this happened. UPDATE: full refund was received.

I have been waiting until we finished unpacking to write this review. Last week we unpacked our last box and I can unreservedly give my highest recommendation for this company. They are absolutely top notch. My wife keeps telling me that this was our easiest move ever and I agree. I have moved 8 times with the military and this was the biggest and likely the last move. When I say big, I mean enormous. Keith and his team moved my household goods, home gym, and home business. In total they moved 32,500 pounds of goods and tools. It required 1x 20' trailer for over sized tools, 2x 26' box trucks for household goods and the gym, and 1x 53' semi truck for the rest of the shop tools. Every truck was packed to the roof. This move was enormous! Keith's team did the job well and fast. They were very quick to communicate and always courteous. Not a single item was misplaced or stolen, and our property was well wrapped and carefully packed. In full disclosure, two items were broken. A lamp shade, and one leg on a metal bed frame was bent. But seriously... 2x items among 32,500lb of other items? Win. "On the Go" movers rocks. If you're still reading this review just stop. Call Keith and enjoy the red carpet treatment!

I was so pleased with On The Go. Our U-Haul broke down at the start of our cross country move. On The Go was suggested to us by the local U-Haul personnel. They responded quickly to our unusual situation and had a team there within an hour of being contacted. The movers took every care with our belongings, many of which were irreplaceable antiques. When I expressed concern over placement of specific items, they gladly made changes to ensure our items were secure and would arrive to our destination safely. I would highly recommend their services.

Definitely would not recommend using them. We scheduled a 5 hour move, and got several confirmations before the move date. We became concerned after they were 30 minutes late, and began texting and calling to see where they were. We called and texted literally 15 times, and have yet to get a response. Our move date was locked in, so we had to rent a uhaul at the last minute, load up, and move our things 5 hours away on our own. Be cautious using these people. Communication was fine up until the move date. I do not leave bad reviews, but people need to know to have a backup plan if using these people.

On the Go Movers was great to deal with. I am based in Atlanta and used them to deliver items to one of our out of state customers. On the Go treated them as if they were their customer and really went above and beyond. I have continued using them for all of our customers in their area. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
