Please attention!!!!! It's a real bad place where the office lady Pam is very rude to talk to you. I arrived for the first time to leave load and park my truck inside the company, and this woman came to me yelling at me, telling me to leave the company in a very rude way. They do not have instructions anywhere that say what the truck driver has to do before checking in. The moment I started to move my truck she came back to yell at me and tell me to get out. Leave, leave here without giving me any instructions was rude and I think racist. They don't have enough space for the truck to make a u-turn inside. I checked in at 8:50 am and my appointment was at 9 am. SHe made me wait 3 hours parked on the street where there are no parking signs. I went to look for information with the workers who did not have information that I was waiting to unload my truck. and she meant that I had arrived late. when the supervisor asked if I had arrived late and she was silent. All the workers were very friendly and said that if you make this lady angry she won't let you pass to be unloaded. Be careful driver if you make Pam angry it was just so frustrating. Truck gray was inside for do check in next to me she didn’t yelling or tell me anything. More Respect the truck drivers We drive long distances so that you have your food or materials on time

Very frustrated about this place drove from Idaho to deliver a load ( drove Throw 2 different snow storms .) drove on Personal drive 45 min to make it on time unfortunately I was 60 min late , the lady told me your late come back another day..!! Very rude old white lady in the front would not give let me in.. at all was not willing to work with me .. had to stay park outside till next day..! For them to take their load .. have some RESPECT FOR TRUCK DRIVER THERES THING IN THE ROAD THAT ARE OUT OF CONTROL FOR US …!! I don’t get paid for this being stop for a day…. There some people should be in charge n that’s the white old lady (with glasses ) in the front … unbelievable HOPEFULLY KARMA GET HER SOON

My first time working with this company. I was running a little late, but fortunately, it was no problem. Parking was difficult, but we got it done. The employees were great to work with and very professional. The lady in the front, Pam, was very helpful and kind. She really helped me out and made me feel very welcome. We even shared a few laughs! Thanks for such a great experience Pam!

Better come prepared to wait even if you have appointment.!! Ive been waiting 2 hours but no call even came 10 mins before appointment time.!! I wonder what would they do if came late.!! All the one star reviews are true ones.!! No parking inside or outside.!! The front desk woman is very rude and wont let you even ask anything and keep saying leave .!! Best of luck.!

My first time here sbout 3 weeks ago and I didn’t deal with any bad attitude like a lot of people say. Pamela checked me in and told me she’d call me shortly. When I was walking back to my truck Carlis stopped me and told me to drive in. When I was finished I went back and got my paperwork and Pamela was very nice and told me to have a great day. Nothing bad about this place. Stop hating people!!
