We recently chose Otto Nelson Moving for our move from our home of 14 years. We interviewed 4 companies and felt Otto Nelson was the best. We definitely made the right decision! Who can say they honestly enjoyed their moving crew and had fun with them? We can! Our crew of Trevare, Ramon and Nathan were simply the best and we’ve moved quite a bit. They were punctual, professional and cared about making sure our furniture was well protected during the move. We played music and laughed all while working. They were a joy! In addition Mikki in the office and Jonathan our first contact who came to our home to quote the job were top notch and very helpful. Not all companies come to your home personally, one of the four we interviewed did not. I highly recommend this company for your move and this crew. They’re number one in our book and everyone exceeded our expectations.

One of the worst experiences I have ever had. I used this company as a referral from a very reputable company . I contacted this company to transport my car out of state. First to began the day my car was suppose to be picked up the transporter wanted me to deliver my car to him in a empty parking lot, which I refused to do. #2 when it came time for my car to be picked up the driver had the wrong delivery address and I had to contact the company back. #3 I had been waiting for my car for a long period and decided to reach out to the driver , whom laughed and said you haven’t gotten your car yet. I reached back out to Otto Nelson who kept lying and saying they didn’t know where my car was( that is very unsettling and very unprofessional) they knew where my car was they were just making me wait. Other extreme methods had to be taking for my car to be found and of course the owner, George surfaced and found my car. Lies they knew where my car was. All of sudden I am suppose to get a $150 check in the next 2 weeks for all the turmoil and inconvenience and till this date have yet to receive it, If they were sincere it could of been deducted off the total or refunded back to the card that was used. I would not recommend this company to be used because they are liars and should be ashamed of themselves running a business that way.

I cannot say enough about Otto Nelson! They were incredible to work with from beginning to end. This was our first time using professional movers, and I am so glad we did. Jonathan was very friendly and thorough going over their services and was spot on with the quote (super reasonable). The moving team was professional, attentive, and careful with our items. They worked through the rain and took care in wrapping all our furniture so that nothing got wet / damaged. The team was super personable and just did an all-around amazing job. They hauled a semi worth of stuff and unloaded it quickly- so impressive! The scheduler was flexible with our move as we were challenged with some last-minute changes. Highly recommend Otto Nelson- absolutely amazing.

When it became necessary to move my Mom from Chicago to Kenosha, I knew Otto Nelson would be my mover as I have used them in the past. Jonathan was very responsive and easy to work with. The quote was reasonable. The crew sent out that day arrived on time and was amazing. Eric and Geo worked very well together. They are professional, pleasant, and were very careful moving items out of her house and into her apartment. My Mom's move went very smoothly, and I highly recommend Otto Nelson Moving and Storage.
