We had a fabulous experience with this company -- they helped us right away with giving us samples and answering all our questions. They seemed very warm and helpful and everything was completed quickly and efficiently. I also wanted to mention that we were the "passing white" couple identified in a recent review. To clarify: our conversation was about how our daughter is learning Chinese at her new school and we are very excited for her. Because she is young, she is more receptive to the musical nature of the Chinese language and runs around the house singing beautiful Chinese songs. We are thrilled to be living in the Bay Area with people from all over the world. While I am saddened by this situation, I am also very grateful to the fellow customer for taking the time to express her experience and apologize for any microaggression or ignorance from the conversation.

I can't say enough about how great my experience with Flooring Outlet & More was! I live in a neighboring state, and at 7.5 months pregnant I found that the flooring option we had spent so long picking and arranging through another source had fallen through. Retailers I called all around the country told me it was impossible to get the floor before my baby came because it was on backorder from the manufacturer, so I was losing hope... When I finally somehow found Floorimg Outlet & More online and called Farrokh (Farok?), he told me he would see what he could do for me. Within an hour he had figured out a creative solution to source our floor, within a day or two we had it ordered, and within a couple weeks I had it in hand. The price for the flooring was great, he arranged transport to a pickup location near me free of charge, and the product (GemCore Opal - Wheat LVP) turned out perfect. His honesty, resourcefulness, and kindness were above and beyond, and it was such a miracle to have a floor before my baby came. Thank you, again, for the amazing customer service! 🥰

Came here to look for flooring since I’m remodeling my home. Another couple was already in the store when I got in, and the owners (Persian) and the couple (white passing) were making fun of how Chinese people speak. I am an American born Chinese and I was wildly offended how quick they were to poke at these “jokes” especially in a place of business. I’m not sure if this is considered a microaggression or just ignorance. One of the owners is even married to a Chinese woman but made it very clear that because she can speak perfect English it doesn’t make her “irritating”. Wow.

We purchased engineered wood flooring for our entire house at the flooring outlet. Farok was extremely helpful, very knowledgeable and thoroughly and patiently explained all the options helping us make the best choice for our home. They even took back several unopened boxes that we had left at the end of our project. Great service and lots of choices. Warmest recommendations. This is the best place for your flooring needs!
