Honestly their lack of care and respect for the patients boggles my mind. I work in healthcare as well and could never treat or speak to my patients the way I was spoken to. Dr. Mondragon is very kind but his staff seems very unhappy with their jobs. I work at the same time they're open which makes it difficult for me to visit the office for paperwork. I called on multiple occasions to get help with my lab and referral orders sent and nothing gets done. I feel bad for the older patients having to deal with the rudeness and lack of compassion from the ladies there.

Chose Dr. Mondragon as my PCP but the receptionist Stephanie who has extremely poor verbal communication skills not only provided me with the incorrect information after I went ahead and made the switch and called back to schedule my appointment and Stephanie then conveyed they no longer accepted my healthcare plan. I am dumbfounded how she has a job to begin with.

Ive been going to Mondragon Jr for about 8 yrs. I had an appointment with Doc Mondragon Jr. @ 10 am today 3/28/24. I showed up at 945am and checked in. I was on my phone and next thing I look up and it was 1040am. It's not the first time he's been late but not THIS late. I asked the front desk where doc was and they said that he hadn't shown up yet and they didn't know anything else. No apologies that he was running late. No communication. I asked for a refund of my deductible and informed the front desk that I was done with the doc and I wouldn't be returning. It is now 5pm and still no call to apologize or to let me know what happened.

The Dr was very rude. I told him that I have pain on my brest and that the lady that did the mammogram told me asked him to order me a brest ultrasound to save and he said who is She? She is not a Dr don't worry you mammogram is negative don't worry. I told him I have pain and again he said don't worry your mammogram is negative. He act like he is going to pay out of his packet he was very rude. I will look for another Dr

Dr Mondragon has been very pleasant to work with. He always listens to my concerns, gives me good feedback and advice, and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is up to date. His staff has always been very nice as well. Offices are clean and new, everything is modern. Highly recommended! RG
