I wish I can give them 0 stars!!! So they came and towed my car out the apartments at 1:30pm I was at the tow place by 3:30pm… they charged me $385!!! For not even 2 hours of having my vehicle… I paid showed my insurance info checked my vehicle for any damage (not thinking oh let me look underneath my engine) and I left… well coming out from they lot the road is rocky, muddy and nothing but potholes in the dirt… so we drove less than 5mph to get out to the regular road while it was a white like F-150 pick up trucks in front of me waiting for me to move out of the way. I got on the freeway leaving they business and I hear something dragging sounding like it’s breaking underneath my car, so I proceed to get off the freeway to check what’s going on, well to my surprise my whole bottom panel is broke and falling off dragging on the ground!!!! I couldn’t is did that it was fine earlier when I drove before the tow!!! So I seen that how the tow people hooked up the car they did it all wrong and damaged my vehicle so I called back up to the business to let them know what was going on and I was speaking to the lady that help me when I got my car but without even saying hold on or anything I hear a man speaking to me telling me my car was fine ain’t nothing wrong with it, he was in front of me when I was leaving and he didn’t see anything… so I responded “you were in that big truck sitting high up how can you even see underneath my small civic from up there?” Next thing I hear is see you in small claims court and hung up. What kind of business are you running Tom? That was your name you gave me! You were the only people to touch my car to do that kind of damage!!! But your wish is my command!!! See you in court! I had to take my car to an auto shop to repair cause car could not be drove!!!

Dude who claims hes owns this place told me he couldnt drop my car without paying $100 because the guy he had with him he said he was training. Apparently training him on how to snatch up cars isn't the only thing he was teaching his trainee... at the time they came to try to tow my car for where it was parked at, as I tried to get them to drop my car without having to pay the $100 fee - I guess because the windows on my car are so tinted, his racist in training didn't notice the person who was already sitting inside my car on the passenger side who was listening to him make lovely racial comments like: "neggas...", "these neggaz..." & "these dumb neggaz" under his breath SEVERAL times. He tried to deny saying any of it, that is until he finally noticed that there was actually someone who had been sitting there right next to him, listening to every word he said, the entire time. The look on their faces were priceless. Ignorantly priceless.

This company has now towed two different vehicles in front of my residence while loading and unloading their vehicles and this company claims that they’re parked in a fire lane; however, there is absolutely no signage at all on the streets indicating that it’s a fire lane. Both times, we’ve had to transport these individuals to pick up their vehicles in Brentwood. I called Tina and requested to speak with a supervisor and she hung up on me and my number was blocked. Clearly, a shady business with incompetent employees. 10.04.020 Fire lanes designated—Markings and signs. Appropriate markings or signs of a type specified by the fire chief, in accordance with the California Vehicle Code, shall be placed by the owner of the land in those locations approved by the fire chief. Signs must be mounted on the face of a building, or on a post in plain view. All curbing along fire lanes shall be painted red on all faces (horizontal, vertical, etc.). If no curbs are provided, the area of the fire lane shall be marked with a four inch red stripe the length of the fire lane with the words ‘FIRE LANE’ written in a contrasting color and clearly visible from a vehicle. (Ord. 1033 §§ 33(b), (c): Ord. 882 §§ 3, 4, 1989)

Sounds like all these people talking trash about them doing there job if I wasn't parked in a NO PARKING ZONE I would not be dealing with them. We made the wrong choice that day. Dude was Hella cool tho gave me a really good deal. I guess we should not gamble with our cars if they mean so much. Cuz 1 second and its gone they r FAST.

When someone was parked in my parking spot it took them over an hour to arrive and tow the vehicle. However, this company showed up even though they weren’t called and tried to tow my car. I was parked in the fire lane for less that 5 minutes unloading my baby and her things. My partner goes back down to move my car and park it and they are there about to hook my car. It wasn’t even hooked yet. They proceeded to hook my car even though it’s clearly about to be moved. The tow truck driver specifically asked for $100 cash to unhook my car.This is inconsiderate predatory behavior. I can’t physically carry everything from my parking stall to my apartment and was told by management that I can temporarily park in the fire lane while loading/unloading my belongings. This situation should have never occurred.
