--THE STAFF CHEATED ME AND GAVE ME SURPRISE BILL. MY PAIN IS STILL THERE. USELESS OFFICE GAVE YOU MORE PAIN.-- The front desk staff asked me to do X-ray before I saw the doctor because that is their standard process. I asked them to check my insurance and they informed me that the X-ray will be no extra charge in addition to my copay to the visit. However, that's not the truth. They submitted a separate claim for X-ray of a provider I don't know and that was not covered by my doctor's visit. The bill is 20 times of the copay I expected to pay. My X-ray is normal. They basically cheated me to do unnecessary check and charged me for a hidden provider/service. They never informed me there is someone else other than the doctor I visited that day was hidden and "provided reading X-ray service" to me. In additional, my pain is still there without any alleviation.

Dr. Vaughn was the absolute perfect balance of kindness and excellent, high-level knowledge. He is so highly skilled that my physical therapist made a point to say what I already felt was true, that I had an excellent surgeon seeing the success I was having in my recovery. I had my ACL replaced from an injury nearly 30 years prior. His diagnosis and recommendation of exactly how to repair my injury was 100% on target, every single person on his team -- every office encounter and his colleague Jesse Garland Smith and entire team for surgery were all excellent and made me feel completely safe the entire time. I could not recommend more highly. If I could give more stars, I would -- I have a completely normal knee now and it's amazing.

I just wanted to say thank you to Dr Zachary Vaughn and His team for my knee surgery results. I’ve had five knee surgeries by other Dr’s. I chose Dr. Vaughn for my sixth! My is 100% and I feel like kicking field goals. The Stanford team was very professional. Dr. Vaughn and Jesse Smith are top notch. If you are in need of a knee surgery, give them a call. Thanks again guys.

Dr. Vaughn successfully repaired my torn ACL, MCL, meniscus, and patellar tendon. He and his physician assistant, Jesse, did a great job. Highly recommend.
