They got one star from me but they deserve anything. They picked up my furniture and my boxes, which I packed my self, back on Feburary 2, 2022, and its may and nothing yet, I call but there phones are disconnected, I fear that my furniture and personal items are stolen, I gave them a deposit of 1,300 that they required. Last time I was able to reach them, they told me its at the docks, and that was back in March. They are thieves and should not be allowed to do business.

I received my furniture from PR on January 2, 2023 and one of the dressers arrived broken on one side. I called 4 times and left voice messages in English and Spanish and I have not received any response back. They ask to be paid in cash and the excuse was that people block their bank accounts and then they don’t get paid. I guess when customers realized that their items have been damaged and there is no response from your company they call the bank so you don’t get paid until you respond for the damages. The mover did his job correctly when unloading the items in my house. He should get 5 stars, customer service 0stars. Don’t use this company. They are very irresponsible.

It took them 7 1/2 months to deliver a mattress set, a few bins, a mirror, and a small chest of drawers. Most of the time that I called to follow up no one answered the phone. I have to say the price is the most competitive, but now I understand why. Also, I appreciate the professional service offered by the person that gave me the quote and the person that picked up my belongings. All things considered, I would never hire this company again. As they say in Spanish, "lo barato sale caro".

my parents have use this company over a year ago and their stuff is no where to be found. This company is not a legit business. they have MANY prior clients missing furniture AND KEEPSAKES and FAMILY ALBUMS for over a year. It looked like this company also has 4 other non legit moving companies. PLEASE DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY OR ANYONE AFFILIATED WITH THEM. They are con artists praying on innocent people. and IF you went out of business like you so claim so, why did NO ONE contact ANY of the clients whos stuff you were holding in storage units? FULLY knowing that after a certain amount of time, storage units will start to AUCTION OFF your stuff. my parents never cry and THIS, this hurt them. All of their memories just gone. do yourself a favor and dont even look twice at this company.

Excellent service. They care for your belongings and customer service is 5 stars. Beatrice is an asset to your company. On November I sent my belongings from FL to PR. 34 boxes and washing machine, dryer, freezer, mirrors, portraits, etc and everything was intact, not even a broken glass. Today I returned to send some extra boxes and like before I would not change anything about my statement. They have the best prices on the the market and combined with the excellent customer service there's no match.
