Great company to work for. The owner Pete is an absolutely awesome person, always on top of his game. Best company I work for in my opinion. I got nothing bad to say about him and his company. Owner is always on top of truck maintenance. Always keeps you running. Also gets you home when need it. Great pay. Overall amazing company to work for highly recommend.

The driver likes to block the road. If you come down the hill it creates a hazard . I went to take photos from the city of Lindsay and the driver hopped out and stated he would break my camera if I was taking pictures of him. I reported it and this time I got photos of him blocking the road, which is against city ordinance. This was taken the second day and I tried to go around but another car almost came head on to me. This is dangerous and the neighbors are sick of this . There are rules

I can’t say enough about R&B Trucking. You will never be without miles or waiting for a load. Pete is great with setting you up before you even have delivered your load. On the other hand, he truly understands having a family life and will let you be home for important events. He doesn’t forget or just leave you out there. I have never had a boss that is patient and understanding as Pete….It really is a miracle to find someone who cares in this industry and I’m truly thankful!

I have driven a ton of miles and the most pleasant has been driving for R&B. Breakdowns are expedited immediately and every effort to keep the Driver comfortable is made. The owner "Pete" has gone out of his way to accommodate any needs I may have including time off and equipment on the truck. R&B is far superior to any other company I have worked for and I highly recommend this company to drivers seeking a comfortable working environment.

R & B is the most pleasant experience in my trucking career as of today. The most important aspect of it is the excellent rapport directly with the owner, the expedited attention to equipment and dispatch makes every load a smooth experience. No forced load and mileages desired “ad lib” and able to accommodate ,to desires routes and personal schedule and needs. I’d highly recommend this company to work for.
