I recently had the pleasure of using Redline Moving, and they truly exceeded my expectations. When I needed help, they were there. Transparent and punctual, they took direction flawlessly and got the job done efficiently. Unlike other companies, they don’t rip you off, and their fair pricing was a relief. Joel, the booking agent, knows how to treat a customer right. He ensured everything was set up smoothly, even accommodating a last-minute booking for a second day of moving. The crew was fantastic, working tirelessly and professionally even in 100-degree heat. Although I usually dread moving, I look forward to working with Redline again. I can’t say enough positive things about Joel and his team. They made a stressful process much easier and deserve all the praise.

Let’s get into it… one word: WOW. I was absolutely blown away. They showed up on time - huge win. We were starting off on the right foot! It continues to get better… they are FAST!! All of my items — I was moving only my “largest” items — bed, mattress, dresser (with drawers full of stuff that they had to give me and carry boxes for) … a rolling storage cabinet, armoire, a few boxes of stuff, desk, chair, TV (which they also dismounted from the wall for me) and media console — took them about 1.5 hours. I was impressed… Now is where the challenge comes in — getting everything into this new house. I kid you not when I say that just to get to the door of the house, you have to climb at least 30 steps at a bit of an incline!!! And then to get to the upstairs of the house, there’s a very small, tight turn stairway… They didn’t even flinch. They powered though it and even had TWO instances where the items were too large to make it up the small stairway… my moveable storage cabinet and armoire — so they then had to bring them ALL the way back down the stairs. They honestly didn’t get angry or upset with me or anything!!! They just had an “it is what it is” attitude and remained super friendly and positive. They then finished in just 3.75 hours … !!!! Nothing is missing, nothing is damaged. I could tell they cared greatly for the pieces they were handling and took every precautionary measure to wrap and protect the items. They never looked like anything would drop, and I never felt like they were rushing — they just work confidently fast!! They know what they are doing. I can’t recommend them enough. I’m so glad my friend recommended to me… ! (Photos/video of all stairs included)

The crew was very organized, efficient, polite , and professional. They move my 2 bd 3bth in record time. They took a great care with furniture and packed boxes. They made sure everything was where we wanted it in our new home. Moving is a big stressful job, but Redline made it seem easy. Highly recommend!!!

This is my second move with Redline and they helped me move for 3 days - one day of packing, one day of moving and one day of unpacking. It was a hard job that involved pushing all of my furniture up hill a block but the team was super helpful and kept a good attitude the whole time. My main contact was Alex and he made a stressful process so much smoother! I would hire them for a third move :)
