When my furniture arrived my original moving company destroyed my furniture. When Reliable picked it up and brought it to my home. They took pictures and tried to fix what they could. Gently moved in what had not been broken. The loss was so extreme and all my family heirlooms were destroyed. Reliable was so kind they went after the moving company for me and we were able to recover a substantial amount back to replace things that could. They have a heart of gold and even though it was a bad move I ended up feeling relieved that someone besides my family cared enough to go that extra mile. Thank you Reliable your truly were reliable!

They sent 5 guys, one of which was just the driver. Of the 4 guys left, I watched as only 2 really did any work. I watched the other 2 literally carry a single 8x8 throw pillow and other single small items in. They damaged a $700 TV that is irreparable. They put a “floor” cabinet on the top shelf of the closet in one of the bedrooms. They stacked a large tote on top of a small box and repeated that process multiple times. I was encouraged to file a claim for the damaged TV so I did. I talked to Tanya several times on the phone and through email. The manager Roger was either out of town or just not in and he never returned any calls and no response to my claim. It has been 3 months and I just called over there and Tanya was of course “in a meeting” and Roger was of course not there. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. I was very kind in all of my interactions with all of the staff. I have recently become very frustrated by the lack of simple respect and courtesy of just communicating with me and giving me some kind of update rather than just flat out ignoring me. They are horrible. Also, I should have listened to the locals here in Juneau who advised against using Reliable Transfer and shared similar horror stories.

Our business used Reliable Transfer a few months ago to move from the Airport Mini Mall into the Nugget Mall, while also picking up multiple large shelving units and eight of our big, heavy glass display cases from the old St. Vincent's. Not a single thing was damaged or broken. They did send just two guys to get the work done, but they had the tools and experience necessary to get the job done beautifully and professionally. Would absolutely hire them again.

They can delete my comment all they want, just goes to show you that they can't handle the truth and truly how pathetic this business is. Reliable Transfer HA! They should probably rename to Unreliable Transfer! This has been the worst service we have ever recieved from anything. Nothing but liars. After six weeks of not receiving our things they are having the receptionist screen calls. The owner and manager refuse to talk to us. We were never told we went over the budget and now the are saying we owe them 1400. I'll be damned if they get a dime of my hard earned money. I am out 1500 because of irreplaceable living beings I had to let go. After 4 weeks of boarding I had to let them go because I racked up 500 in boarding fees. Letting go of them was horrible. The were worth around 1000. And you know I racked up all these fees and pretty much threw away 1000 because I had to let them go and what do I have to show for it? Absolutely nothing! So then I'm told if we pay the 1400 we can file a claim that will probably be denied. This is not acceptable. I had to buy work clothes because only so many were packed. I was told 5 to 8 days for my car. Well 5 weeks later it finally came! Now if I don't recieve any resolve I will have to get a lawyer over all this. I hate to make bad situations worse but this is my breaking point. I suggest no one uses their services. It would be less of a hassle and quicker for you to ship your things yourself. And by the way we only moved from Juneau to Anchorage. It's been a week and a half since our things have been here i refuse to pay 1400 for their bull crap screw up! They are now screening our calls and refuse to release our things. They don't answer phone calls. It has been 2 months since our things were taken into their possession and it's been here for a week. I believe that they have done this to several other people and they ended up giving the company what they wanted, unfortunately that will not be the same with us.

Terrible they damaged a package and took them almost a year to pay me back, good luck getting a manager or the owner always out of office had to go to actual office 4 times to finally get my check. Terrible company.
