Great experience! My initial communications with sales were great and easy - they make the estimate process simple and straightforward. My movers were professional, efficient, and very tidy! They did a great job packing up my home and everything came back from storage just as it left us. More importantly - they did an awesome job unpacking everything back into my house. I am just unpacking most of my boxes and I am happy to share my experience with Relocators-Moving & Storage Company. Moving day was a breeze, three movers came on time and took over the move, I was grateful. The mover that packed my entire kitchen (I ran out of energy and could not tackle the kitchen) was outstanding, he packed and labeled everything carefully. Nothing broken or ruined. The three movers were polite, nice and professional. Jonathan in the office was also nice, patience and professional. I used both services moving and storage and to date all I can say is this is an excellent company. Thank You!

Relocators just helped us move within NYC, and I really cannot recommend them enough. They were kind, patient, understanding, and happy to move even the heaviest of furniture. I used them for my move from Long Island to Florida. They were great packing everything up. They were courteous and professional. I had 120 boxes. Unfortunately, when unpacking, I found 1 box was missing. It was impossible to take the time to count boxes when they unloaded as it would’ve taken a tremendous amount of extra time. When I called them about the missing box, they said they searched and didn’t see any boxes left in their warehouse. They insisted I got them all. Fortunately, nothing expensive was in that box but I’m missing memories that I really wanted. Personally, I don’t believe they really looked. My girlfriend’s family also used them and they were missing 2 boxes.
