Delivery at 10 am. The guy tells me I have to remove the doors to my old fridge after I paid to have it moved he then measures my doors and says his manager Brian in Albany will not allow them to assist me. Drops off appliance and leaves tell me call back when doors are removed. I called back she said she is sending them back out. 11 Am. I call at 12:30 I call at 2 and finally get on Facebook. Then she has the district manager Joe call me. It is now 4:30 They resolved it Joe (I believe from Medford and coast) had his crew come out. very nice very professional. He apologized and said he would make it right as they are supposed to remove the doors. He made sure my delivery went as it should have the first time when the other crew didn’t do their jobs. These guys were awesome. Thank you again. I’m happy 😃

Worst delivery experience I've ever had. The delivery men showed up 5 hours before the original window, failed to inform me that they would be delivering in a monstrosity of a truck that would not fit in our loading bay, and then refused to deliver the refrigerator I'd been waiting for a week because they could only park about 150-175 feet from the building (evidently they only deliver when they are 50 feet from building according to the driver -- laughable). This was the most "do nothing" delivery crew that I've ever encountered -- totally useless. If they don't want to do their jobs just stay in bed -- a complete waste of time and energy. Order cancelled -- hope they aren't paid out for faking a delivery...

So far we’ve had nothing but problems I am so unhappy with the awful customer service we have received from this company from the manager all the way down to the csa we started with. When your company’s mission statement is…We are a solution-based company that is dedicated to supporting the needs of our community, while surpassing the needs of our customers. You have failed! Monica was very rude and not helpful at all and the “manager” we dealt with was extremely rude and hung up before we were able to come up with a solution to our problem. Kinda sad this office is the headquarters for their company and this is the service they provide? Still no delivery made and communication has been practically zero. I’ve worked customer service and dispatched trucks never treated any of my customers as terrible as this company has. When this company makes this right I would be happy to change my review.

If I could give this lousy company less than zero stars I would. From the lousy people they employ, like ANYONE in their upper management who are complete jokes at best, to their antics and such when dealing with their customers and their issues they don't care about. THE WORST! It actually amazes me how they have businesses in multiple locations that are still functioning. I hope Home Depot comes to their senses, cuts all ties with this horrible company and gives their customers the installers, service and such that they deserve.
