Unless you want your things stolen, NEVER USE THIS COMPANY! If I could give them 0 stars I would. I was in a rush to move a year and a half ago and thought this was a reputable company. I needed my things moved and stored at the same time and this was the first company that I found. I made payments faithfully every month, and if I was late, the manager called and we made arrangements. Until one month payments stopped with no warning. I called to ask why and could never get a legit reason as to why payments stopped and where my things were. I was made to feel like my things being pretty much STOLEN was my fault. The manager Michael proceeded to say my bank information must have changed (it didn't) or that I missed their calls (they have left messages before). I have never felt so embarrassed and ashamed to have used a company in my life. These people took everything I owned without even an apology. I will be filing a lawsuit.

I don't understand the bad reviews for this company and I'm big on taking reviews serious when looking to utilize businesses. I have used them 3 times and I'm using them again later this month. They were the cheapest in the entire city and I didn't have any issues at all. No one stole anything and they moved everything in the 2 hour time frame on all 3 moves and even re-assembled my bed. There is no one priced low as they are. I called every moving company and they are still the least expensive. I have recommended them in the past and I still do

I really would not even give this company a one star. I can not believe or don't want to believe that people take your things with no remorse. They showed up one hour late (with no professional call to say a job may be taking longer) and then they arrived with a "certain" odor. While moving my furniture they were rough and I did say something twice. We even helped to move some things on the truck ourselves. With all this said and done I still gave them a $20 tip due to the price did not reach the amount I thought it would. However they had already tip themselves or at least one of the three did. Later that night we saw that my husbands nightstand drawer was loose. When looking inside we found that the Watch($295) I gave him for Christmas along with $50 or more worth of change was gone. The watch may have been just a Watch to them but there is a story behind it that can not be replaced. When I called to report this the owners brother was rude and accused me and said how could that be done. I wish I knew must have been done before. I sent certified mail with the value of the Watch etc. per owners request and still almost three week later no response. I would not be going through this trouble over something that isn't true. I know how businesses run but this is shameful! No compromise suggested and unless you are a part of this you know who did this. How can people be so thoughtless and take what isn't theirs. I have also spoke to Thumbtack so they can be aware and think about weather or not they want to keep them a part of their referrals. Janet C.

This is the worst moving experience that I have ever had!!!!!! I had to use this company due to moving on a holiday weekend. Royal Moving and Storage was my first choice, however, they were closed on the day that I needed to move. The dispatcher, Mike, answered and I explained to him in detail what I needed moved and what I needed thrown away. I also explained to him what size apartment I had and where I was moving to. The movers showed up late due to a previous job running over with a truck that was too small. I immediately called the dispatcher back and informed him that the truck was too small. He did credit me the second trip fee of $50, but the extra hourly rates that I incurred more than made up for the credit. I moved a total of 9 miles and it took them six hours to move my stuff!!!! I observed them moving my things and I was unhappy with how they handled several of my items and actually intervened and removed the top part of my grandfather clock so that it would not be knocked off because the mover was paying no attention to what he was doing. One of the men was attitudinal and openly displayed no interested in moving fast or effectively. On top of all of this, I went back to the garage the next day just to sweep it out, and discovered that the table that I asked them to move was still there. I immediately called the dispatcher back and advised him that this probably would not have occurred if they had sent the right size truck in the first place. He never apologized, or acknowledged fault whatsoever. He advised me that he would follow up with me the next day. After two days, I called him back. to have him tell him that the story that I gave him conflicted with the story that the movers told him and that someone named Mimi would call me back. As of today, I am still waiting to have Mimi call me with a resolution. This was a stressful, aggravating experience and based on other review, the tactic of sending a truck that is too small seems to be a tactic that is used by this company to collect more money and prolong moving times. The movers were not efficient at all and this move was the shortest that I have ever had and it cost me twice as much as I have ever paid for moving services. I have reported them to the BBB as well. Please don't use this company--spare yourself the headache.

Hired them 2/17 to move 1 bedroom apt. A piee of my furniture was literally destroyed as the lazy guy overloaded a dolly and it went crashing down the stairs into the concrete. I was assured I would covered and they would reimburse me the cost of the piece. They took the piece with them, I filed the claim exactly as instructed. It is now June and I have never heard from them again. Not even an apology for destroying my furniture (and obviously didnt receive the $300 it cost me for the small hutch that was destroyed
