Although they had a list, they did not take everything on it. Fortunately I double checked and got them to take 5 overlooked items. Once Rogers has your payment forget about any additional help. Their voicemail is a bottomless pit and they do not return phone calls.

Terry called me back to follow up about services which I didn't expect because companies these days don't always do that. They were extremely accommodating and understanding. I wish more companies were like them.

Rogers delivers. Rogers delivers! I am just like anyone else. I want prompt, professional and knowledgeable service. Rogers was all of those things and more. As a quick recap I called Rogers and spoke with Carrie in the office who spent time explaining things to me in terms I could understand. She followed up with me by email and set everything up. There was no guess work, no being left in the dark feeling. Rather her efforts made me very secure in my decision to use Rogers. On moving day the movers were presentable and polite. They knew antiques and fine furniture and how to move them safely. They even took great care with the items that were less than valuable or presentable. They set everything up in my new home quickly and with a smile on their face. And here is the part that will amaze you . . . they finished ahead of time and therefore the quote I was provided was decreased. Yes that’s right I paid less then I expected and with moving services I received so much more than I could ever have dreamed. Rogers it is no wonder you have been in business for over 50 years. You are the true moving professionals who make you feel like you are family. Thank you for making my move a great one!
