Would not recommend doing business with this company. After 10 years of doing business with them and not having any problems we started seeing our gelato products being delivered to our customers melted. Each time we notified AA that the van needed to be set colder. The initial response was they were also hauling fresh fish and they have to set it above freezing so the fish doesn't freeze. You would think a 10 year customer would get priority but I quess not. Last week two customers deliveries were delivered melted. We again contacted them and now the response is that their trucks aren't set up to handle frozen ice cream in the hot summer months. Well they did for 10 years! Last week melt down cost us over $2,000 in spoiled product. Most all refrigerated vans and trucks can be set below freezing. Might have to go in to the reefer delivery business in the Valley if this is the best there is!
