Thank you Matt! Schaffer’s communicated well and recovered our Jeep from a hairy situation after we slid down a steep embankment. Matt worked diligently and was able to pull us out without damaging our camper or rolling the Jeep. Additionally the price was beyond fair! Very grateful for his skills and great attitude. We were able to share a few laughs after a very stressful situation. God bless!

My uncle decides to take me catfishing at Cocolalla Lake, at night, since that when the catfish bite. At midnight we drive the boat back to the ramp, with only two fish. My uncle backs his pickup and trailer down to load the boat, and when its on and I yelled "go!" the pickup didn't go. Somehow the parking brake that my uncle uses to help start the truck up the launch (its a manual and he cannot manipulate the clutch, brake, and gas at the same time, so he uses the parking brake) got stuck engaged! And to make matters worse, its under water. I called AAA. About 3 hours after my call, a rollback showed up. His truck couldn't back down the ramp because, according to the driver, his parking brake would not engage! So he winched it up, very slowly, a little at a time, from the top of the ramp. He had to use cables and chains to extend the winch rope. It took about an hour and a half to get the pickup (with the boat) to the top of the ramp. It took another 30 minutes to get the pickup on the truck and tied down. Then the 45 minute drive to my place where we unloaded it, which took forever. We had to leave the boat, on the trailer, at the launch. So I then had to drive my pickup to go get it. It was about 7am before I finally went to bed. All this to say, Schaffers Towing was great! Great but very slow.

Jeep died just over 4th of July Pass and Schaffers was on top of it. Within 30 minutes John arrived and got the Jeep loaded and drove me back to CDA. Saved my day. Thanks!!

As a result of water in our diesel tank we were stranded with our 3500 dually pickup and 35' 5th wheel on the on-ramp to I-90. I Googled and found Schaffers Towing and gave them a call. Within an hour the pickup was on the way to a local dealer (we are from Louisiana) and our 5th wheel was being towed to our campsite. Long story short, Schaffers Towing saved the day. Now if we can get the truck back soon! lol

These guys are so incompetent they broke the front bumper of my truck and ripped off my front license plate. They also somehow bent my exhaust pipe while unloading. Then charged twice the price after towing it or they were going to keep it.
