my experience with Schwarz Logistics. It is with great disappointment that I must inform you of the highly unprofessional and unacceptable behavior exhibited by individuals within your organization. During my interactions with Schwarz Logistics, I encountered a disturbing level of disrespect and hostility from the company's owner, Igor, who has been observed using profanity and yelling at female employees. Additionally, the manager, Roman, has been reported to respond to inquiries and concerns with offensive language and dismissive behavior. Furthermore, the dispatcher and human resources department have displayed a complete lack of professionalism and disregard for employee well-being. It is deeply troubling to witness such behavior within your company, and I feel compelled to warn others about the toxic environment and mistreatment experienced at Schwarz Logistics. I strongly advise against engaging in any business dealings with this company, as their conduct is not only unacceptable but also detrimental to the welfare of their employees
